You will appreciate the calm and atypical nature of this Cozy apartment in the heart of the village of Florensac. You will enjoy its exterior in the center of the village, while being 5 min from Marseillan city, 15 min from the beach and 15 min from Agde train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our main residence, so you may run into us, or run into our adorable dog Patoss. We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.
