What an amazing home and property! Everything was exactly as described and we instantly felt at home. The location of the property on the canal and lake leads to stunning views and an amazing connection to nature. The "spool" was perfect for relaxation and we were definitely refreshed in the heat of the day. Valerie is an incredible host, making sure we had every bit of information we needed prior check in, and was always available for questions. When I'm looking for another vacation for total relaxation and peace, I will absolutely be back. I can't recommend this property or host enough!

Nicholas was an amazing host. His response time was impeccable. The house felt like a home away from home. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful. This would be our place to stay every time we visit.

This was a great place to stay for my group of friends. The house was a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. The house is plenty spacious for six people, with two people in each of the rooms. The living room was very cozy for movie nights and the host provided many game options as well. The host was very communicative over messages and provided great accommodations for our trip. We would definitely choose this house again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. It was comfortable clean, and cozy. The bed was super comfortable with nice bedding. The coffee and tea station was a nice touch and the decor is so cute. We felt right at home.

Great location to just stay at, but also has lots to do nearby. Springs, beaches, wildlife, photography and all that Orlando has to offer including Disney. Far enough away to seem a world apart but close enough to not seem isolated. Place is comfortable and well designed for a couple or a family. Stores nearby for shopping. Restaurants that are decent. We enjoyed the several springs within an hour and a half radius. Also enjoyed the quiet surroundings. Great place. Great location.

My partner and I wanted to visit the springs to kayak. This place exceeded our expectations. All we had to do was launch from the dock in the backyard and we were minutes from the clearest and bluest water. We even saw a manatee munching on some vegetation across from the dock. If you’re a fan of Florida springs, this place is for you!

This place was a fantastic value! It was a beautiful home in a beautiful old historic neighborhood. Walking distance to everywhere. There were literally no negatives to our stay. I will absolutely stay in one of their properties or the same one the next time I come to Ocala. My guests were equally impressed.

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

Regina was friendly and helpful host, and we had a wonderful stay. She went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations. I was very grateful that she had bikes and her tandem kayak available for us to borrow to explore the area. We would love to return again to see the manatees!

The condo was immaculate, clean, large, and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and much more. Place is well taken care of, and I’d definitely recommend and stay again. Definitely 5 stars!

The property was well maintained. While it was some distance from town, it was helpful to have GPS for directions. The house was comfortably appointed and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all necessities. The stacking washer and dryer was particularly useful and easy to use. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, however, could be a challenge for some folks. All in all, a good property, attentive host, and a good stay.

We had a blast staying at this wonderful and beautiful house for four days. Gerri made the stay unforgettable! The place was clean, everything what we needed was there. The pictures are exactly how the house looks. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful scenery and to have a relaxing time in Inverness. My family and I was very pleased with the home although we didn’t utilize the amenities and the unit to the fullest, it was clean and exactly how the host listed it. The host was always communicating with me to the beginning and end. Didn’t have no problems whatsoever. Will use again.

This was a great place for us to stay and work while in Dade City! Easy in and out of the area. The house was quiet and workable for us. We recommend Jason as a host! If we are in the area again, we would happily stay here. The cost was very affordable, as well.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,
