This charming two-bedroom, one-bath home was a comfortable place to relax near the end of our trip. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, large living area, and a beautiful backyard with roses and an Arizona walnut tree. The AC worked well, which was a plus in the heat. It wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed. I did a little cleaning on arrival and rewashed the towels since some had been stored under the bathroom sink, but the washer and dryer made that easy. The coffee and tea bar was a lovely touch, and the cookie bowl was a hit. We appreciated the easy parking, clear communication from the host, and convenient access to restaurants and delivery services. Just note that checkout is at 10 a.m., which is a bit early, especially with teens. Overall, a cozy and nostalgic home base in Farmington.

Our second time staying here was just as pleasant as our first. We absolutely would stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful home on a hill! Right off the highway, easy to find, more than adequate parking. Looks small on the outside but I can assure you the inside space is huge and beautifully decorated! Everything was super clean. Plenty of towels shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. Lots of extra linens. Temperature control was easy to maintain. Fully stocked kitchen had all the dishes we needed to make our meals for the week, the fridge was squeaky clean, plenty of cleaning supplies and most importantly a coffee maker to enjoy a nice sip on the back porch with a beautiful view. We stayed for a week and packed heavily, so the washer and dryer in the closet and plenty of storage space for our items was super helpful. Their guest book provides clear instructions to make your stay easy. A big Texas thank you, Laurel.
