It offers one double bedroom, a shower room, a separate living/ dining room with a log burner, a well-equipped kitchen along side a washing machine. The cottage is an old granary and therefore the staircase is slightly steeper than standard and open plan . Enjoy country walks and beautiful views, with Cartmel Racecourse just a short stroll away. It's located in the village of Allithwaite, just 1.5 miles from the picturesque Cartmel, famous for its races and wonderful pubs, and restaurants. There is a driveway for easy parking. The rear garden, shared with the main house, has comfortable furniture. The single owner has the main house, though she is often away. Local amenities include a corner shop and a pub.

A lovely family holiday location on the haven, Lakeland leisure park site. Local facilities include pools, arcade, entertainment, boating lake, plenty of activities for kids to do. The holiday home is well maintained and is cosy, with bedding and towels included. A great location on a quiet park of the lake. Apologies, but due to new carpet throughout out the caravan, pets are not allowed. The passes for the park are not included in the price, but can be purchased with haven via us.

(A babe in arms is welcome) 1 small pet allowed The apartment is a minute walk to all the amenities of Cartmel which includes the Race course and the famous Michelin starred Restaurants. We are just far enough from the villiage centre to be peaceful and relaxing. Tea and coffee is provided together with a welcoming drink.
