Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Excellent location for all types of vacation!

Our 3 bedroomed house is situated in a semi rural situation, in the historical village of Irby. Here you will find 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, shops and amenities. We are close to a number of beaches including Thurstaston and West Kirby, and are within 300 metres of Thurstaston common which provides wonderful walks through the ancient woods of Roydon Park. There are a number of golf courses on our doorstep, including Caldy, Royal Liverpool and Wallasey.
