Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Flintshire

Amazing place to relax, surrounded by nature and plenty of privacy. The home was spotless and clean, everything was as described. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it if you want to escape from the city life and have some peace & connect with the nature.

The Gardener’s House was perfect for my wedding weekend. A gorgeous, peaceful setting that really helped with the pre wedding nerves. The setting made for stunning getting ready photos! The only downside we found was we had no luck heating the wood fired hot tub so wish we had tried this sooner in our stay if we had the time. We loved our stay and hope to visit again in future to relive our wedding memories, it will definitely remain a special place for us. Thank you!!

Hayley was an excellent host - incredibly accommodating. I needed to stay in the area for a wedding, and as soon as she knew that, she was more than happy to offer to pick me up from the station, and gave information about whatever else I might need - taxis too and from the wedding venues etc. she was a delight, and incredibly kind.

came here for a wedding brining the two dogs. garden was large and secure. felt a comfortable place to stay and get ready. loads of good walks down to the nature reserve for the dogs. plenty of local pubs and restaurants.

Lovely comfortable rooms with everything you need. We had a little fridge, tv, hairdryer, kettle and tea and coffee. You have a bathroom to yourself and it has a great shower (bonus). Lisa and Dave are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us get back after we got stuck in Liverpool centre due to what happened at the end of the parade. We felt at home there and didn’t feel like we were intruding (even though you are technically in their house). The area seems nice-very leafy and there’s a couple of pubs and a good Indian restaurant nearby. Would definitely recommend. We loved their dog Rosa too-she needed a mention!

Our group enjoyed a brilliant two night stay at Tall Trees. Everyone expressed what an exceptional weekend it was! The home is beautifully kept, in a lovely private location, with everything available to us at the home, no need to leave the house if you didn’t want to for a couple of days. Use of the hot tub and outdoor heated pool was a perfect touch to our stay. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. Michael and his mother Susan, have both been excellent hosts, very responsive to our needs and questions and very accommodating. There were some minor issues out of their control during the weekend but again Susan was extremely accommodating and more than happy to address this immediately so as to not impact our stay. Overall a wonderful weekend and stay at Tall Trees, we hope we have the opportunity to return again in future.

Had a great time here, really nice place to come stay, very clean and well looked after. And the views nearby are amazing.

I stayed at Diane´s for a month, traveling from Kenya, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The unit I rented was part of the main house but had its own separate entrance, offering privacy and comfort. The beautiful lush, vast garden full of life, peaceful surroundings with horses and birds, lots of different birds, made the experience unforgettable. The location was perfect—quiet and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Chester and lots of renown tourist destination for easy exploring. The hosts were kind and respectful, ensuring I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Hatton Hall for anyone seeking a peaceful , convenient and private countryside escape.

In Hoylake to visit friends and play some golf. The Bread Shed was ideal for our needs, spotlessly clean, comfortable and within 2mins of the bars and restaurants. James and Fliss were excellent hosts and had a welcome pack of home made bread and snacks for our arrival. The views from the garden are stunning and we won’t hesitate to book on our return to Hoylake

Great scenic stay

Perfect short stay at the lovely lodge with everything we needed in a great spot in Chester near the Zoo, where we were for an animal experience. Cant not mention the beautiful cat Issac, who escorted us to the lodge and often visited and stayed over. Thank you! 😊

Had such a fun stay!! The whole time was filled with fun and laughter! We had everything we needed and Joe also provided more coal which was fab! The place is fantastic, would 1000% come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was just as described and an ideal location a very peaceful. We stayed with our cocker spaniel and enjoyed some wonderful walks. Clare was very clear with her communication which made everything easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Shepherd’s Hut. The location is absolutely stunning — the views from the hut are breathtaking, peaceful, and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The hut itself was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing break. Medwyn was a brilliant host — warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a special experience for his guests. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway surrounded by beautiful views, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Mari's pod was one of the best stays we had. The location is exceptional with stunning views. The road may be narrow but it was all worth it. Despite the rain, our stay was not spoilt. Hoping to book again!

I loved my stay in the cabin. The location was beautiful and the cabin had everything anyone could need, including central heating and an internet TV. My dog loved it too. Will definitely recommend to friends and hope to go back myself.

Directions were easy to follow and check-in instructions were clear. Eric’s view was spotless with everything we needed for a peaceful weekend away. Lovely furnishings throughout and welcome gifts were much appreciated. Looking forward to hopefully staying again in the future and will certainly recommend to others.
