Cottage vacation rentals in Flevoland

What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

We had a very nice stay. Beautiful and clean house in a beautiful and quiet area. The accommodation is full of comforts and we have made wonderful use of the hot tub.

If you are looking for something special, simple and yet pure luxury... then you are in the right place! I've never come down so fast. Thank you so much for this great experience.

It was a very nice stay with Herman and Cecile, both were very kind and accommodating! It is beautifully quiet! There is everything you need! There is also a jacuzzi, which we used! The beds were super cozy! The surroundings are picturesque, Giethorn or other small towns can be reached quickly! Great restaurants in the area! Overall, they were great and relaxing days! Fabulous stay at Cottage Paulus What a great experience! The forest cottage "Paulus" is tastefully decorated and is located in a beautiful, quiet place in the middle of nature. Exactly what we needed to completely recharge. We were there with our two dogs, and they too had the time of their lives. The spacious, fully fenced garden was perfect – safe and large enough for endless snooping and scrambling around. Fareen, the hostess, is incredibly friendly and helpful. From the first contact, everything felt familiar and relaxed. She was quick to respond to questions and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended for anyone who loves peace, nature and an animal-friendly place with character. We will definitely come back!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our short but sweet stay! We were looking for something quieter and more peaceful after a busy few weeks of travelling. We immediately could tell how much thought went into the guest experience, and we appreciated all the small details. It was impeccably clean, beautiful amenities, and the location was beautiful. We would certainly recommend this location!

A perfect stay! Great place, peaceful, with beautiful surroundings and beautiful grazing views❤️. The cottage is very clean, well appointed, and ideal for two people with a large dog😍. The host is responsive and gave us some directions to the surrounding area. The location is perfect, both for visiting big cities and hiking. I recommend it 100%!

A wonderful quiet place where you can relax well. Located in a caravan and camping park, but at the very edge in the middle of the countryside. You won't be bothered by the activities on the square. The property is aesthetically decorated and very well appointed. It's a great place to sleep. Outside there are very cozy and weatherproof ways to stay longer. On foot you can soon reach very beautiful forest areas, which invite you to walk and hike. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Would highly recommend this house in Nijkerk. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and Edgar was very responsive to the one issue we had and it was resolved incredibly quickly. The e-bikes that are available for your use are brilliant and we made good use of them cycling to the local town etc. The park is lovely and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool. Nijkerk is a lovely town with plenty shops and restaurants. There is also a fantastic restaurant across the road from the park if you want to treat yourself to a gourmet lunch/dinner. It is called Het Sluishuys. This is a great place to base yourself to go to amersfoort and utrect which are very close by car.

We really enjoyed it. The price/quality ratio is very good (certainly for 6-person cottage) and therefore worth a recommendation!

We had a really good time! Marja and Richard communicated the correct information in a timely manner, were flexible, very friendly, clear in communication and also provided useful tips for during the stay. Upon arrival, they will be warmly welcomed by them for the last instructions. We immediately felt at home. The cottage was exactly as described and had all the necessary amenities. Surroundings nice and quiet and enough space for a nice forest walk or cozy beer at Burg Bieren/Biercafé de Hazeburg. Easy to reach by car and public transport. All in all: great! Such a beautiful stay at equally beautiful surroundings! Greet’s place was just as shown in the listing and had everything that we needed for our stay. And the host gave us the clear instructions which helped us in smooth check-in. Absolutely loved staying here and would recommend to anyone visiting around.

We had a great time. Petra is very responsive and welcoming.

The cottage was nice and clean and it had everything you need and more. I really loved that mosquito nets were everywhere. Also, the garden is really large and completely fenced in. Perfect if you have dogs with you. Next door was a pasture we could have used for ourselves as well, but the couple who usually graze his ponies there asked us if we would agree to continue using the area. We also loved having horses right by the house and the garden was easy enough for the dogs. To the area: You could walk there well, but basically you already need a car or a bike to get to the next place. Since there are bikes on site, that's also no problem. Apeldoorn is just a stone's throw away. There is a really great dog run in Ugchelen. This is fully fenced if you have small hunters or dogs who like to leave. For everyone else, there is also a wet-nose path, which you can use wonderfully with the dogs. There you can spend a few hours. I wish something like this for Hamburg. If you want to take a shopping trip, you can too. Apeldoorn has a lot to offer, but Arnhem even more. I would go on vacation with Marina and Roen again. It was really nice!

Very happy with my stay at Shirley’s Airbnb. As and Italian living in the Netherlands I felt like I was in Italy for the weekend. The hosts are so friendly to talk to. Happy to have tried their wine, we bought more to bring home. They provide every meal, you’re treated to good food from beginning to end, it really reminded me of an Italian Agriturismo. Highly recommend!

There were seven of us as friends in a premium 8 house and we had a wonderful weekend! The house looked as described, the kitchen was super equipped, the rooms more than sufficient and the bathrooms looked very good and well maintained:) we especially liked the living/dining area for our evening planning (enough space for raclette and board games). Glad to come back!

The lodge is amazing. It is so clean and comfortable. It is near many restaurants and points of interest but it was peaceful and quiet at the lodge. I had a couple of questions and the host was super responsive and very helpful. I will stay again on my next trip to the Netherlands.

Very nice cottage in a quiet holiday park. The garden was a little less private than expected, but we were still able to sit outside. All necessities were present and it was nicely decorated and clean. And nice that our dog was also welcome, perfect for walking in the area.

Very nice place to stay with lots of opportunities in and around the apartment. Very friendly and helpful service in the reception. We will be happy to come back!
