The house is located in the most beautiful spot in the Netherlands, in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve De Weerribben. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The Nutcracker: cozy farmhouse front house

On one of the most beautiful rural roads just outside the village of Sint Jansklooster is the renovated humpback farm from 1667. We have furnished the front house of the farm as an attractive accommodation for 2 guests who are fond of peace and privacy. The comfortably furnished front house has its own entrance. You have access to 2 canoes and a men's and women's bicycle. The many cycling, hiking and canoeing routes allow you to experience the Weerribben-Wieden National Park in all seasons.

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level lower are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Weerribben Reed Lodge

The completely renovated cottage is located on the edge of our property and overlooks the reed fields of the Weerribben National Park. The large windows give you the feeling that you are part of nature with a diversity of animals in their natural habitat. An ideal base for hikers, cyclists, nature and water lovers. With the accompanying canoes, you can go straight to the water via the backyard to follow one of the canoe routes or simply experience the peace and quiet.

Our 3 floor house is a spacious, comfortable and very bright house surrounded by water, in the middle of nature reserve with lots of privacy. Get on the sup or in the canoe and enjoy the water, nature, wildlife and the wide view! There is plenty of work space with super fast Internet. The house is fully equipped. The famous shopping center Bataviastad is nearby, as well as downtown, theater and historical sites. By car you can reach Amsterdam within 40 minutes.

Beach house Meerzicht

House directly on the beach with a combination of water and nature: ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, sailing or simply enjoying the sun with your feet in sand. Behind the park begins the Veluwe – one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands – where you can walk, cycle or participate in a wild excursion endlessly. Within 20 minutes, you can reach Harderwijk or Elburg for a day of culture, terraces or a visit to a museum.

Cozy Pipo with hot tub & swing on the water

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a 2-person swing. From the love-seat you can watch TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Hot tub, kayak or 2 SUP boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.

Luxury home near the IJsselmeer

This modern furnished holiday home is located in Opperdoes near the IJsselmeer lake. There is free Wi-Fi and parking at the house. Sheets and towels are included. The centre of Medemblik is only 2 kilometers away. Amsterdam and Callantsoog (North Sea beach) are a 40 minutes drive. Also Texel is nice to visit. This property is located on a site that is partly privately rented (and partly offered through Dormio Resort).
