Thermal/seasonal rental Stone detached house in an old wine farm, with a bread oven. Located in a rural, quiet setting. Rated 3*, max. capacity of 4 people (bed + sofa bed), 53 m2 surface area with an upper floor. On the ground floor: a living room (living room + equipped kitchen) Upstairs: a landing (office), a bathroom-WC and a bedroom. Private garden in front of the cottage. Adjacent covered area (sheltered parking). Shared entrance with the owners' residence.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
