Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Flathead Lake

Incredible views, lots of games to keep the family off their devices & the lawn is a great place to relax in nature. Carole surprised us with fresh homemade cookies upon arrival & made us feel so welcomed into her home. Lots of space & the outdoor kitchen has all the cooking utensils you could need. Amazing clean every inch of the house. High quality bath towels, beds & pillows were soft & lush. We will definitely be booking again.

This was perfect! We have a place just 2 miles away, but needed extra rooms for a large family event. We wanted clean, comfortable, and convenient. But we got so much more! It had the feel of a working orchard, but everything else was modern! Every room was thoughtfully updated with guests in mind-the kitchen was so clean, the living room was spacious, relaxing, offering amazing sunset views! The bedrooms offered our guests flexibility in sleeping arrangements, the showers-terrific after a long day! Can’t wait to stay again!😊

The pictures truly do not do this place justice, it is absolutely beautiful. A lovely place to relax and unwind. The house was clean, kitchen was fully stocked. And I loved the added touch of the welcome book full of instructions and recommendations.

Loved watching the deer play in the yard and the geese families float around with their babies while drinking my morning coffee. Absolutely enchanting. The benches around the fire pit were a great touch. Anything and everything we could’ve needed was stocked in the house. Only a one hour drive away from Glacier National Park! We look forward to returning !

Well, what an experience!!. From the minute i booked to pulling out of the driveway to end our stay, it was sensational. The hospitality is personal, appropriate and just feels good. The property exceeded my expectations. The house is beautifully appointed, evry nook and cranny. My boys and I were very comforatble. The location is perfect for nature lovers as well as just getting lost in pease and quiet. This was a very personal trip forv my family and it delivered on every point. Absolutely stunning place! Such a peaceful location overlooking the mountains, and the fireplace makes it even more cozy. The beds were fairly comfortable and the extra hiding room at the back of the wardrobes were such a fun touch! Would definitely stay again!

Incredible views from the house and yard. Plenty of space for a large group, isolated but close enough to town for groceries. If im ever back In Kalispell i will definitely see if this place is available. Jill was a great host, very helpful every step of the way.

This was a great house! Beds were firm and plenty of pillows. Water pressure in the shower was great. There were enough kitchen items for our family of 4. Enjoyed the welcome treats and coffee was supplied. Easy access to stores and fun. If you stay, the House of Mystery is a must see!!

Carl and Rebecca’s apartment is lovely, clean, and located in peaceful surroundings. The decor is exceptional with custom artistic woodwork. The unit had everything we needed for our stay while only being five minutes or so from Bigfork and area restaurants. Thank you very much for a great day.

Patricia & her husband were absolute wonderful and kind souls. The cabin retreat is really what we needed for my husbands medical procedure recovery. The views are peaceful and Patricia made sure to have all the amenities and comfort needed here to cook, rest, and feel right at home. Certainly will be coming back for any long term out of town events or for more medical procedures. Don’t overlook this private sanctuary. You both have our deepest thanks and energy. Cheers!

Such a great space! We enjoyed our stay. Every inch of the crash pad was well-appointed, and everything we needed was available for our stay, right down to a can of bear spray and bug repellent for our outdoor adventures. We found the location very convenient and private.

Couldn’t have been any happier with the accommodations. Clean, with a cozy feel…and had “extras” like bear spray to borrow for our hiking adventures. Cheryl was friendly during a couple brief encounters…the space felt very private despite the owners living upstairs. Was quick to respond when asked about restaurant recommendations. Great experience for a reasonable cost. If I ever come back to Montana, would definitely book this property again.

Brett and Andrea’s place is truly a hidden gem—peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were plenty of cozy blankets and pillows, ideal for unwinding and watching a movie. If we find ourselves back in the area, we would absolutely stay here again!

The road less traveled~~~~ Yes, this is 7 or 8 miles outside of Whitefish, BUT the payoff is worth it. Very Clean. VEry Comfortable. VERy large. VERY Quiet! Throw in a full kitchen (Well stocked!) and a Washer & Dryer and it's definitely a "no-brainer"~~~~ [Did I mention that they provide outstanding fresh coffee beans AND a grinder? Pretty darn good coffee too.] I don't believe that there is a TV, which we consider a "plus". But your mileage may vary..... Note: The last mile or so is down a dirt road that is in excellent condition; but if you plan on arriving after sunset..., it's gonna be real DARK. Although our GPS worked fine all the way into the property.

This place was perfect for a few nights when visiting Glacier. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and they have everything you need in the kitchen. The town is great too - you can walk to everything from the house. Would recommend to any small family or couples visiting the area.

Gorgeous and clean condo within walking distance of Flathead Lake and restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable. Parking is easy. Would definitely stay there again!

The location is great, close to town. The balcony is great with a bbq grill to enjoy the nice weather out with some lake view. The host is very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Nice size pool and relaxing hot tub after a day of adventure. Comfortable and clean with great amenities!

Fantastic, quaint, within walking distance to many places. Better than renting a regular room at a hotel.

What a great place to stay. Right downtown for food/drink & shopping. Parking under the unit. Super clean. Close to Glacier National Park and the slopes. We were in town for an event and were able to walk to all the festivities. Then drove to Glacier National later in the week for some hiking. Highly recommend.

Lots of construction and dust going on right now. But, if you plan to be out and away, it doesn’t really matter.

This was a beautiful, clean, and safe place to call home for the night!

Nice place. Really clean. It’s close to a main road in downtown Whitefish and the railroad tracks, so we were surprised that it was so quiet. We had no noise issues at all. Really convenient to walk around town and to the city park at the lake.
