Modern accommodation with jetty and swimming

Newly-built house located next to our residential house but demarcated and with completely private spaces. We hang out mostly on the other side but, of course, cheer if we see you on the patio. Small dog probably wants to say hello as well. Take the path down to the jetty and swim or walk to Henån's vibrant center with shops and several restaurants. Close to the forest and land and perfect starting point for day trips by bus or car to Bohuskustens gems. We recommend day cruise with M/S Byfjorden from nearby harbor.

Välkommen till vår nybyggda stuga på 30 m2 i Bokenäs. Det är 1,5 km ner till badvik (Rörbäck) vid havet. Till stugan hör en avskild mindre uteplats med utemöbler och grill. I stugan finns det mesta. Kök med diskmaskin, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Det finns fyra sängar 80x200 uppe på loftet. Ej ståhöjd uppe och trappan upp är lite brant. I vardagsrummet finns kamin, och enkel bäddsoffa för två som kan sova nära. Kommer ni en familj med 3-4 barn går det om man vill.

Summer cottage with loft and guest cottage in Hällebäck at Gullmarn close to Lysekil. Cozy cottage and guest house in very nice area right by the sea. Nice and easy with a lot of light. Sun all day. Private parking with room for car. Lovely large patio with larger table and barbecue. In addition, a small private place on the steps of the mountain for the last evening sun with deck chairs.
