A wonderful stay for the Mayfield Carnival and funfair, highly recommend this fabulous house, it is in a perfect peaceful location close to many lovely places!

We had a wonderful stay with our toddler at Christy’s place. She accommodated our needs with no fuss and a lot of care- providing a high chair, stair gate and cot for our little one. The Annex is beautiful and in a great location to explore East Sussex and Kent. Would not hesitate to recommend this place! It is outstanding. Thanks Christy and Nicholas!

Myself Kelly, Patti and dog Summer thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, private and in an ideal location. The only slight problem is that the door into the garden was a bit temperamental to open.

Three couples stayed here for a family wedding and it was just the most perfect location and venue. We all had ample space and enjoyed the communal areas. The kitchen was well equipped and Erika was quick to respond and supply us with what we needed when requested. I highly recommend this accommodation
