Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

I stayed just one night at Katharine’s place. Even the place is close to a busy street I didn’t hear any noises and slept like a baby. The house was clean and bed was comfortable.

We had a great weeklong stay at this unique Airbnb in historic Manayunk. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and trails. The space is exactly as pictured: clean, well-kept, and in a very cool old mill building with lots of character. It was perfect for us and our two dogs. The dedicated parking spot is a nice bonus, though street parking was usually available nearby if needed. The neighborhood has some steep hills (classic Manayunk), so keep that in mind for dog walks—but overall, it was manageable and pleasant. Street noise wasn’t an issue for us, but there’s a noise machine provided just in case. We appreciated that thoughtful touch. We’re originally from the area and would definitely stay here again—comfortable, convenient, and true to its listing.

We had a wonderful stay at Evelyn’s house. Everything was perfectly clean and organized, and Evelyn was a prompt communicator. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

Great place for a visit to Philly. Lovely neighborhood, close to grocery, restaurants, cafes, and fun. Easy to get in and out of. Always felt safe and at home

Taniya's place was just like the pictures. it was clean and spacious. The balcony was especially nice to sit out on in the evening. Taniya was responsive to when we communicated with her. As there are few places for guests in this area, I think that Taniya's place is a real find.

I enjoyed my stay here 10/10. Cozy spot with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool. Friendly neighborhood. Also close by the train station which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb and would definitely book again. Tiona was very responsive and the place looked better than in the photos. The beds were comfy, the dining area was cute and having multiple parking spots was great.

Best location possible! Close to big city attractions, walking distance to shopping and restaurants! Massive, beautiful, well furnished apartment with easy parking, perfect accommodations! Host is very responsive and quick to address all issues/ confusing things, I never had to wait, which was lovely!

We really loved our stay at Eric's bnb. The place was easy to find and in a safe/quiet neighborhood. The private garage was amazing to not have to worry about finding parking after a day in a busy city. Eric was very responsive and understanding to any questions we had, normally responding within minutes or less. The listing had tons of room to spread out and a great vibe to hang out in. Everything was clean and as described. We'd absolutely return to this bnb if we were in the area again.

The street was very quiet and we felt safe walking there in the evening. The house is set up nicely for a couple. The patio area was an extra bonus for the evening with comfortable couch and fireplace. We visit Philadelphia frequently and we will stay with Stacie again if her place is available.

The apartment is chic, spotless, and feels like a boutique hotel. The building is very secure with 24/7 front desk and keyless coded entry. The gym looks brand new, and there’s a spacious, elegant co-working area, strong Wi-Fi, and great AC. The kitchen is well-equipped with two brand-new toasters (big deal for coeliacs!), a NutriBullet, blackout curtains ❤️, a large washer/dryer, and thoughtful touches like tree-free toilet paper and scented bin liners. This is the first time I’ve felt the Superhost title was truly earned. Tatenda was amazing, lightning-fast responses, kind, accommodating, and felt like a friend by the time I left. I extended my stay twice because I couldn’t bear to leave 🥹 We had a minor cleaning issue early on, but it was resolved promptly. Hot water takes a moment, and shower water pools a little, use the foot towel. I also think the rental agreement should be shared upfront, but none of this affected our stay. One of my best Airbnb experiences. I’d 100% rebook

Jason's place was the perfect spot for our recent visit to Philly. He had very clear instructions for entering the apartment (possibly some of the clearest I've ever encountered). The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. We ended up accidentally snapping the key off in the gate one night when we were returning to the apartment and he was able to get a replacement to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and great place to stay. Only warning I’d give is that there are quite a few stairs to climb and I’m not sure there was an option to use an elevator (if there was one it was not very obvious). We didn’t mind the extra steps so it was a great stay overall!

Our weekend stay was enjoyable. Clean home, nice layout, very accessible (Walmart , Starbucks was about 10 mins away). Only issue was - no dishwashing soap/liquid and iron (or at least we did not find any). It confused me, all places we go would have the basics. BUT overall, lovely home, friendly host and a well enjoyed weekend. Will stay there again.

this stay was so perfect for what we needed! quiet part of the neighborhood and nice area to walk around. With the instructions getting in was really easy!
