New Build, May 2022. Centrally located. Close to shopping and hiking trails. Located in-between Palmer & Wasilla. 1 mile from Colony High School. This listing has a queen bed, & double futon couch. We can add an air mattress if needed and provide a pack-&-play for small children. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in unit. Brandy and I are readily available for dinner suggestions, hiking trails, tourist destinations, etc. We love this town and Alaska and want you to love it too.

Quaint stay in heart of Wasilla

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Enjoy Alaska - custom country hideaway!

Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

Quaint rural cabin near Hatcher Pass

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Log home with attached studio apartment in the beautiful Matanuska-Susitna Valley. You’ll love the breathtaking views of Pioneer Peak from the window! There’s easy access to rivers, lakes, and hiking. It’s a great location for all that Butte, Alaska has to offer, including the famous Reindeer Farm just down the road. It’s a comfy studio with kitchenette and refrigerator. Perfect for an adventurous getaway in Alaska! PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SECONDARY UPSTAIRS UNIT ABOVE THIS STUDIO.

This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, coffee center, not a kitchen, small fridge and microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

Guest Suite -Bigger Than a tiny home

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.

Hatcher Pass Basecamp Chalets are nestled at the base of Hatcher Pass in Palmer, Alaska. Enjoy the trails from your front door and use the chalet for all your adventures in Hatcher Pass. Hiking, biking, skiing, sledding, await you just outside the cabin door. Each chalet is 2 bed 2 bath with washer and dryer and modern features like radiant in floor heat.

The Mini Chalet is located on a quiet 20 acre lot with a fantastic view of Hatcher Pass. The Mini Chalet is surrounded by trees and has a small yard. Recently we added a sauna!
