Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private home, just outside of town only a couple miles from the airport. Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. Full size washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs. A beautiful Alaskan property which you can watch float planes land and take off from the private pond across the road. Large windows for great views! Pets Allowed!

A cozy homestead house built in 1950 with all of the modern upgrades. A small space packing lots of style! Queen and fold out beds downstairs and a queen size pullout in the living room, this home will sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. A full kitchen and washer/dryer to keep things clean. This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. Great for a family to settle in while exploring the great interior!
