Our newly renovated, beautiful house in the traditional architectural style is located in the middle of the picturesque climatic health resort of Altaussee, 500 m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the ski resort, Narzissenbad, golf course and Bad Aussee with train station and other shopping facilities. Apartment 1 is on the ground floor with garden access and terrace and is ideal for 2 adults (bedroom with 2 single beds put together) and 2 children or teenagers (small bedroom with bunk bed).

Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. These can be easily moved and offer a fantastic view of the Hoher Sarstein and the passing Traun. Free parking with a barrier system is also available. The center of Bad Aussee is within walking distance of a few minutes, and various shops are in the immediate vicinity.

This lovingly designed duplex with covered terrace and large balcony was completely rebuilt in 2022 and offers you everything you need for a memorable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Obertraun in the immediate vicinity of picturesque Lake Hallstatt as well as the entrance to the Dachstein-Krippenstein ski resort and is also easily accessible by train.
