Family-friendly tiny house with garden

This cozy apartment is in the Swabian style. Two people, even with a child (2), will find everything they need for a break in a small space (also 3 adults+1 child). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, naturally warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200) downstairs, there is another bed (100 x 200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Stylish tree house on the Kellerberg

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

Quiet yet everything is within easy reach

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. On request, we can also style the bed covers in a slightly more fun way (see photos). We of course also have firefighters, princesses, dinosaurs, etc., if your children wish. Please let us know in advance :-) And in October, things get creepy in the apartment, too. We strive to make it look as spooky as possible. No one should say it was boring with us ;-)

In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the hot tub and sauna with outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house. Grill something delicious on the sundeck or have food delivered directly from the pub to the tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. Shopping is within walking distance. The adventure pool "Titania" with its large sauna area is minutes away, as is the center of Augsburg. LEGOLAND can also be easily reached in 25 minutes.

The approx. 45 m² attic apartment with gallery is centrally located and very quiet between the main train station (1.7 km) and the university hospital (2.5 km). Two bus stops (32 and 35) are in the immediate vicinity and take you to Königsplatz in 10 minutes. The bright apartment also features a French balcony. Shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance.

Surrounded by birdsong, goats, chickens, and our collie you can enjoy the country life. Dolce vita, just relax. Please note! In the cottage next door is the dry toilet (sawdust), sink and infrared cabin.

Apartment in Memmingen

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
