The apartment is located in an old, elite, quiet part of town, along the beaches. It’s situated a twenty-minute walk from the port, city center and Diocletian’s palace. It is close to well-known restaurants, tennis courts, marina and promenade along It's renovated and has good heating and parking space. It is a fully serviced apartment , air-conditioning, WiFi Internet, dishwasher, washing machine, LCD television. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bedding, and all cleaning products.

This is actually a small individual house with a nice garden, private parking, very close to the beach and tennis courts. It is In Bacvice area, 15 minutes slow walk from the center and few steps away from the sea. it is located 1 minute walking from the sandy and pebble beaches and it features 1 separate bedroom, 1 living room and a kitchen. The bathroom has shower. It is air conditioned space with free wi-fi. It the living room area there is a sofa bed .

We had to leave our previous Airbnb unexpectedly due to a sewage issue and Viktor was an absolute lifesaver. He accepted our booking at short notice, let us check in early, and allowed a late checkout to suit our evening flight. That flexibility made such a difference for us as a family. The apartment was spotless, well set up, and just a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for a family with two small children who really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was exactly what we needed after a stressful situation. We’re so grateful for Viktor’s kindness and support. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Split.

We had a great time staying in this location! The apartment was beautiful and it had everything we needed to eat in or go downstairs for coffee a few doors down -totally recommend. The hosts were proactive and communicated well. We were happy to have parking and then just used uber or walked everywhere for the rest of our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Slavica’s!! She met up with us as check in and showed us around, she also give us a map and gave us local recommendations! Locations was also perfect, with beach nearby and it was v walkable to the main town! Garden was also very wonderful with pretty flowers! Slavica was very responsive when we messaged her and was helpful if we had any questions! Highly recommend this place for your stay in split!

Virkelig en skøn villa at bo i. Værten var helt fantastisk og hurtig til at svare, hvis der var et spørgsmål. Der var gjordt rent til den store guldmedalje. Wifi var lidt ustabil under opholdet.

Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Tage in Split verbracht. Zum Check In war Petar persönlich da und hat uns alles gezeigt. Sehr netter und sympathischer Mensch. Außerdem hat er uns gleich tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage des Apartments ist spitze. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man hat hier die Auswahl zwischen Sand und Steinen. Sauberes klares Wasser und ein flacher Zugang auch für Kinder. Ein tolles Café mit leckeren Kuchen ist gleich um die Ecke. Supermarkt und Becker in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großes Plus ist auch der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. In die Innenstadt und zum Hafen geht man ca. 15 Minuten. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is clean and well organized. We appreciated the special touches (having coffee creamer is a big plus for us! And the thoughtful local candy at our bedside tables). We slept peacefully each night. We also loved the proximity to the beach where we spent many hours. Thank you!
