It is 50 sqm, 3 rooms and kitchen with terrace and lovely views of Gullmarn from both the terrace, kitchen and living room. The cottage has 4 beds divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a family bed. WiFi available. The living room has TV and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Cabin close to town and sea

This is a peaceful oasis, for those who want to enjoy a while, or just get away from home a bunch. The cottage is close to the pearls of the west coast and close into the centre of Lysekil. The cottage is well equipped and there are many things that guests can borrow if they wish, such as games, 4 bicycles or crab fishing utensils. Note: 2024 there is a guest house (not ready to be used). So warning that there may be a mess in the lot! 🛠️ Note: The outdoor shower is this season out of use, even the sauna access can be affected.

Välkommen till vår nybyggda stuga på 30 m2 i Bokenäs. Det är 1,5 km ner till badvik (Rörbäck) vid havet. Till stugan hör en avskild mindre uteplats med utemöbler och grill. I stugan finns det mesta. Kök med diskmaskin, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Det finns fyra sängar 80x200 uppe på loftet. Ej ståhöjd uppe och trappan upp är lite brant. I vardagsrummet finns kamin, och enkel bäddsoffa för två som kan sova nära. Kommer ni en familj med 3-4 barn går det om man vill.

Mitt i en vacker grön innegård hittar man ett historiskt gårdshus vars hela övre plan konverterats till en gästlägenhet om ca 30 kvadratmeter. Lägenheten har allt man behöver för en semester: pentry, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin, wifi 6. Efter en dag vid havet delar man trädgården med grill och sittplatser med värdparet Henrik och Björn. Parkering för en bil på tomten. Lägenheten lämpar sig väl för tre personer.
