Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Vacation home on the Ilmtal Cycling Path

Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

In this stylish vacation home in the Donndorf district, you can feel really comfortable with your whole family. Here you can end the day after extensive activities. In the surrounding area there are a variety of excursion destinations such as the suspension rope bridge, the model railway in Wiehe, the Rosarium in Sangerhausen, the Kyffhäuser and the Panorama Museum in Bad Frankenhausen. The nearby Unstrut bike path invites you to explore the Unstrut Valley by bike.

With this special accommodation, all the important points of contact are close by. This makes planning your stay very straightforward. The apartment is centrally located in the Dichterviertel, surrounded by beautiful parks, the Flutgraben, many bridges and close to the beautiful Steigerwald. If you want to explore the Old Town, with our many sights, then it is only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically at your doorstep.

Our apartment welcomes you with a cozy living area with a small loggia (south/west side), separate sleeping area with double bed, optimally equipped kitchen with dining area, a modern bathroom, built-in closets for wardrobe, clothes, shoes and suitcase/travel bag, separate workplace with fast Internet/Wi-Fi as well as a bicycle and a laundry room with its own washing machine and drying rack. From the apartment you are in no time, on foot in the city center.

House in Weimar YOUR REFUGE, quiet apartment

House overlooking Weimar, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our small lovingly designed brick house, right by the vineyard, in our large park-like private property you can relax. The day can start with a breakfast and a good cup of coffee, for example at sunrise on the terrace with magnificent distant views. The bedroom with large double bed is located upstairs in the gallery. Our farm dog Cleo is well-behaved and joyfully welcomes all guests.

In the north of Erfurt in a very quiet garden approx. 15 minutes from the city center, this small and very cozy oasis is located. Excellent transport connection, tram stop 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and recover from everyday stress.
