Yksinkertaisesti rakastimme majoittua tässä kohteessa, täyden 10 kokemus! Huvila ja sen piha-alue olivat hyvin kauniit, isoista ikkunoista suorat näkymät järvelle. Huvilassa oli todella hyvät varustelut, aina kun jotain etsi, se kyllä löytyi. Päiviämme pitistivät erilasten lintujen laulut ja piipahtamiset tontilla, sekä kaksi söpöä sheltti-koiraa, jotka ilmaantuivat aina silloin tällöin rapsuteltaviksi. Huvilassa oli moderneja ratkaisuja vaativallekin mökkeilijälle, mutta myös tunnelmointia esimerkiksi puusaunan ja paljun osalta. Palju maksettiin eriksee ja se oli lämmitettynä mökille saapuessa. Myös hiekkaranta oli hyvä. Huvilan isolla terassilla söimme aamupalaa, nautiskelimme auringosta ja pääsimme myös joogaamaan! Majoittajasta sai ystävällisen kuvan ja hän vastaili hyvin viesteihimme. Mökille oli helppo löytää ja sisäänkirjautuminen oli vaivatonta. Majoittuisimme täällä ehdottomasti myös uudestaan!

We had a wonderful stay! The sauna and jacuzzi were absolute highlights and made for a truly relaxing experience. The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a fantastic accommodation that we would gladly recommend and visit again!

The summer cottage and surroundings are beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. We arrived from the UK in the early hours of the morning and the location was very easy to find by car. We made full use of the sauna, hot tub, bbq and kayak during our stay. There is a small beach area with shallow water and our daughter enjoyed playing there. The cabin is very clean and spacious with everything that a family could need. The owners 2 little dogs would visit us everyday and this was a highlight for our daughters. Thank you to Mirka and Timo for a wonderful holiday and for always being there to help and give tips on places to visit in the local area. We would definitely recommend staying at the summer cottage.

Ein Traum von Erholung – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll und luxuriös eingerichtet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hochwertige Ausstattung, das stilvolle Design und die Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und vollkommen zu entspannen. Morgens auf der Terrasse frühstücken, dabei nur die Vögel zwitschern hören – herrlich! Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert, herzlich und professionell. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt – absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und Stil suchen!

Kaunis ja viihtyisä talo meren rannalla upealla näköalalla. Palju terassilla oli ihana! Hyvä keittiövarustelu, mausteita, kuivatarvikkeita jne ja mukavat sängyt. Naapurusto vieressä ja kesällä saattaa olla venelaiturilta liikennettä, eli ei kovin yksityinen. Meidän oleskeluaikanamme emme tosin nähneet juuri ketään, ja saimme olla rauhassa keskenämme 😊

Absolutely breathtaking. Every finish and detail felt purposeful and meticulously considered. The photos are precise, and the description is exact. We had a deeply relaxing, delightful time. There’s so much to enjoy and little reason to leave: we took the canoe out to circumnavigate small islands dotted with charming gulls, read peacefully on the dock, watched the water shift with the light, and ended each day in the delightful sauna. The summer nights glowed warm and still, turning every movie into a kind of fairytale. The house itself offers many distinct spaces—each one a quiet stage for nature’s daily choreography. From the moment we turned off the main road onto the enchanting gravel path—lined with tall trees and singing birds—we felt ourselves begin to exhale. We’ve stayed in many beautiful places around the world, and this one felt truly special. The host was very helpful and responsive, and his house manual detailed and helpful.

Wir haben es hier geliebt. Es war so schön. Hier kann man sich richtig erholen. Von der Natur kann man gar nicht genug kriegen, rundherum Wald und immer den See vor Augen. Der Whirlpool war auch toll. Auch im Haus haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. 12 Minuten Autofahrt gab es super tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Ein magischer Aufenthalt in Lappland! Wir danken euch von ganzem Herzen für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Schon beim Betreten des Hauses haben wir gespürt, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt ihr in jedes Detail gesteckt habt, ohne diese wäre es nur halb so schön gewesen. Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch perfekt ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen, ein wahres Wintermärchen. Und ein Highlight waren die Polarlichter. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: verschneite Landschaften, absolute Ruhe und dennoch perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Natur oder nach Rovaniemi. Wir konnten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen, um Lappland zu erleben. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💝✨

The villa was beautiful, modern and clean. amazing picture windows to look out over the forest and incredibly cosy. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with everything we needed to cook and entertain for the 12 of us and plenty of spare room for the kids to have their own space downstairs. The slopes are definitely walkable, but ski in ski out is cross country only, the walk was however, easy and picturesque so who cares! Id highly reccomend this place if you are looking for classic Finland, cosy retreats, red wine and log fires. The resort was also great but id reccomend a car to go slightly further afield also. All in all another amazing stay in Finland for half term.

Pia and Matti went above and beyond to make out family feel welcome. The place is really spacious and worked perfectly for our extended family. The house feels like a home immediately as you step in. The uninterrupted lake view, 2 x saunas and a very nice TV room with a woodburner/fireplace make it a great stay in the winter as well. Simply a Five Star place with very nice hosts.

Diese Villa ist ein absolutes JUWEL! Das wunderschöne Haus in wunderbarer, herrlich einsamer Lage am See ist mit so viel Liebe hergerichtet und betrieben, perfekt ausgestattet auch für größere Familie und fühlt sich an wie direkt einem Film entsprungen. Das Beste allerdings ist die unglaubliche Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin Jaana: von grandiosem Lachs-Dinner in der Hütte über die Vorbereitung eines perfekten finnischen Saunaerlebnisses am See ging sie bei diesen besonderen Angeboten definitiv die Extrameile und hat damit und auch mit ihrer sonstigen Hilfsbereitschaft unseren Aufenthalt zu einem ganz besonders eindrucksvollen und sehr persönlichen Erlebnis gemacht. Nach viel zu kurzen 3 Tagen ist unser Herz voll, und wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Arcticmint nur wärmestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, liebe Jaana und Familie!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Antti's house. The location on a peninsula on the lake was spectacular - lake views on both sides of the house. The house itself was lovely - very clean, comfortable well equipped and tastefully decorated. Even better than the photos. We really appreciated all the outdoor games and played a lot of croquet and Frisbee golf - Antti even bought a football so the kids could play, they were thrilled. Antti was a fantastic host - so helpful and kind and gave us a tour when we arrived. The real stand out though was the lake. Majestic was the word my husband used to describe the view. So beautiful and we were watching it and in it every day swimming and on the paddleboards/ in the row boat. The sauna with lake views was great too. We hope to be back.

Miika was a great host and definitely one of the most helpful people in Finland that we encountered. Place is beautiful but remote, which is perfect but there is no restaurants nearby after 6pm. Sauna and Jacuzzi were awesome and the villa is beautiful

We had a wonderful stay in Suvi's fantastic chalet Ideally located on the edge of the forest in a quiet, peaceful and enchanting environment, the chalet is spacious and very well decorated. We were able to take advantage of the peaceful setting to work and do lots of activities. Suvi is very responsive and very kindly granted us a late check-out to accommodate us. We'll be back with pleasure!

Olin tullessani Arton kotiin (aamiaismajoitus) sanaton, ja vielä näin parin yön sekä kotiutumisen jälkeen olen sitä edelleenkin.. En keksi ainuttakaan puutetta ja vierailu ylitti kaikki odotukset. Koti oli uskomattoman kaunis, siisti, puhdas, täynnä estetiikkaa ja aivan kaikkea rentoutumiseen tarvittavaa, erityisen hyvästä koko asunnon kattavasta äänentoistojärjestelmästä, ilmastoidusta makuuhuoneesta, hyödykkeistä (ihana aamiainen; sisälsi omaan makuumme laadukkaat ja oleelliset tarpeet ja esim. Pyyhe- ja "unohdus"tarpeet oli viimeisen päälle huomioitu), aamiaishuoneesta, aamutossuista ja kylpytakeista aina syntymäpäivämuistamisiin sekä sytytystä vaille valmiiksi ladottuun saunapesään asti. Olen tähän asti ollut skeptinen majoittumisesta asuttuun taloon, enää en ole ainakaan tämän talon kohdalla. Arto oli valtavan ystävällinen, halusi selvästi vieraiden viihtyvän ja saman palautteen kokonaisuudessaan allekirjoittaa lisäkseni myös kaksi erikseen kanssani majoittunutta henkilöä.

Aivan ihana kohde! Majoituttiin pienten lasten kanssa ja kaikki oli lasten suhteen järjestetty hyvin, mm pimennysverhot makuuhuoneissa. Ainut mitä jäätiin kaipaamaan oli kaiteet ja lapsiportti yläkerrassa portaiden edessä. Todella siisti ja rauhallinen kohde, viihdyimme erinomaisesti. Tulemme uudestaan jos joskus lomailemme seudulla 😊

Als Familie mit 6 Personen und einem Kleinkind haben wir den Aufenthalt im großzügigen Ferienhaus genossen. Die küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Holzkamin und die geschmackvolle Möblierung trug zur behaglichen Atmosphäre bei. Die tolle Aussicht auf den See und die Beobachtung der Polarlichter vom Balkon und auch durch die großen Fenster, haben uns gefallen. Ilkka war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, wir empfehlen ihn gerne weiter.

Mökki oli lyhyen matkan päässä keskustasta ja paikalle oli helppo löytää. Varustelut oli mökissä todella hyvät ja palju kruunasi varsinkin lasten reissun :) Siisteyteen voisi panostaa vähän enemmän myös sesonkien ulkopuolella, esimerkiksi sänkyjen alla pyöri pölypalloja. Mutta tämä oli ainut miinus, tulisimme uudelleenkin!

Невероятно място за настаняване! Приветлив домакин! Лапландия е мястото, където може да се отпуснеш в тишина, очите да попиват красотата на природата около теб, да се наслаждаваш на всяка минута от времето, прекарано със семейство и приятели. Не вярвах, че Лапландия ще е интересна за пътешествие през май - даже е страхотна. В съчетание с удобството в дома на Аапо изживяването беше невероятно! Домът разполага със удобна сауна, джакузи и ледена баня. Беше топло и чисто. Бих се върнала отново!

Viihdyimme hyvin 2-vuotiaan ja koiran kanssa. Ympäristö oli rauhallinen, isoista ikkunoista katsellessa tuntui tosiaan, että luonto tulee sisälle asti. Vietimme 3 yötä, pidempäänkin oltaisiin viihdytty. Katettu uima-allas pelastus, kun toukokuun sää ei ollut vielä riittävän kesäinen. Pihapiiri ja sisätilat viihtyisät sekä toimivat. Het huisje bevindt zich op een prachtige locatie. Wat je op de foto’s ziet dat krijg je ook. Het is ook ideaal voor reizigers met een hond, want er is veel ruimte en weinig tot geen verkeer. Tijdens ons verblijf zaten er regelmatig drie kraanvogels in de ‘achtertuin’. Kortom een echte aanrader voor mensen die van rust, ruimte en natuur houden.

Kohde on upeampi kuin osasimme odottaa, erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu, uima-allas ja poreet kruunasivat kaiken. Vierailumme sujui täydellisesti ja ennen vierailua asiointi Tuomaksen kanssa oli erittäin sujuvaa. Iso suositus, kaikinpuolin loistava kokemus.
