The common hut, barbecue area and sauna shifts in the accommodation area are also available to tent guests. Nearby are good outdoor areas and a sports field, which also has an outdoor exercise area. There is a swimming spot within walking distance, the spring-fed Sorvasen pond. The sound of a freight train running along the nearby railway line can be heard in the trailer. The train runs a few times a day; otherwise, there is no train traffic on the line.
