Das alles ist möglich. Wir haben kein ganzes Chalet Dorf gebaut, sondern nur ein einziges, außergewöhnliches, wunderschönes & gemütliches Chalet auf 1150m Seehöhe oberhalb von Arriach, mit freiem Blick in 3 Himmelsrichtungen. Eine stilvolle Sauna mit malerischem Ausblick vervollständigt unser Unterkircher Chalet.

Hell und geräumig!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im "Gästehaus Mörtl", einem Haus aus den 60er Jahren. Sie liegt mitten im Ort Faak am See. Der See ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, türkisblau, mit herrlichem Bergpanorama. Er zählt zu den südlichsten und wärmsten Badeseen Österreichs. Die Unterkunft hat einen Zugang zum Garten mit Blick auf die Berge. Bahnhof, Apotheke, Arzt, Supermarkt und Gasthaus sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Umgebung lädt zu unzähligen Aktivitäten, wie Wandern, Rad fahren oder Baden ein.

Die hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung bietet Platz für zwei bis drei Personen. Offen gestalteter Küchen- und Wohnbereich mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, geräumigem Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Fahrräder können im eigenem, verschließbaren Kellerabteil abgestellt werden. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet sich gegenüber.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Gebhards & Evas Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist noch besser als auf den Fotos und das Badehaus mit dem privaten Seezugang ist ein toller Bonus! Wir sind mit Kleinkind gereist, und haben netterweise ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wir waren 3 Nächte bei Joachim. Alles verlief zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Der Kontakt mit Joachim war sehr freundlich, er hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt gut, man ist schnell am See und weitere Attraktionen sind sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.
