La maison est au calme dans les hauteurs de la ville. La vue est belle le matin pour le levé de soleil et le soir avec les lumières de la ville. La maison est faite sur 3 niveaux (rdc pièces de vie et WC, 1er 2 chambres et 2 salles d eau avec wc et au dernier une chambre avec WC et salle d'eau). la maison est très confortable. en ce qui concerne concerne les extérieurs ilssont très bien aussi, seulement faites attention le carrelage autour de la piscine est très glissant quand il est mouillé!

Konaklama yaptığımız bungalow denize 50 m kadar orada da denize girilebilir yakındaki koylarada gidilebilir . Bungalow çok şirin döşenmiş ve çok temiz teşekkür ediyoruz bu hassasiyetleri için .

Rezzan's place was exceptionally cozy and quiet. We checked in late and she was there to meet us and make certain we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful place to wake up and breakfast was fresh and delicious! Wonderful stay!!!

We stayed at Burak's beautiful stone house for 1 week and really enjoyed the peaceful private property. Burak himself is a great and very friendly host in all aspects. He is very helpful and you can ask him anything at any time, and he will help quickly. The property itself was a bit hard to find, but after calling Burak he came with his scooter to guide us. The house was very clean, with a large kitchen and living area at the ground floor and the two bedrooms (each having a bathroom) upstairs. Because its very hot in summer it's very nice to have air conditioning in every room. The pool outside is very clean and Burak maintaining it very well. You definitely need a car or motorbike because Gürses is situated in the mountains above Demre, and you need to drive around 10-15min. to go there, to have fun at the nice beaches, visiting ancient Myra or for buying food at the supermarkets. There is also a market hall where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and fish. Thanks a lot Burak :)

Konaklamamız konusunda yardımcı olan Filiz hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz. Mesajlara hızlı bi şekilde karşılık vererek kolayca yönlenmemizi sağladı. İleride tekrar konaklamayı düşünüyorum. Ev tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Bahçede mangal kısmını da kullandık çok keyifliydi.

Kendinizi ev ortamında hissetmek istiyorsanız başka yere bakmayın derim. Acaba ne yeriz diye düşünürken mutfaktaki eksiksiz mutfak malzemeleri ile yemeğimizi güzelce yapıp keyifli bir vakit geçirdik. Uyandığınızda zeytin yaprakları arasından sizi karşıdaki heybetli dağlar selamlıyor. İşletmeci kerim bey ve ailesinin misafirperverliğini dostluğa çevirip mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldık.

Great stay. Peaceful. Very clean place. Bathroom is great and the shower has an enclosed door. Everything was available at the house. The owner, Abdullah, was outstanding and very welcoming. Thank you. We will definitely stay again.

Evin her yeri temizdi ve çok rahattı. Ev 5 kişinin rahatlıkla kalabileceği şekildeydi. Havuzun ortak kullanımı kabalık olduğu zamanlarda sorun yaratabilir. Arabayla gittik fakat arabasız ulaşım sağlamak da kolay. Marketlere ve denize yakın olması da ayrıca güzeldi. Ev sahibinin bize karşı tutumu çok iyiydi. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı.

Апартамент находится в удалённой части Каша, но мне не составила труда 30 минут пешком прогуляться до центра города по живописным улочкам. Также можно воспользоваться местным такси (стоит 250-400 лир, 4-8€ в одну сторону). В квартире есть всё необходимое, в пешей доступности находится продуктовый магазин BIM. Квартира хорошо оборудована и, думаю, в ней можно остаться на сравнительно долгий срок. Вокруг действительно ведутся ремонтные работы, как писали в комментариях, но это не проблема. Живя на первом этаже, я ничего не слышала. Также вас утром могут будить местные петухи и завтракать вместе с вами будут местные коты ❤️. Воссоединитесь с природой и насладитесь шикарным видом. Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Kas en famille avec mon garçon de 2 ans. Le logement de Safiye et d’Apo a été un coup de cœur instantané. Kas est un lieu exceptionnel pour visiter les environs de la côte Lycienne et nous planifions y retourner dans les prochaines années en espérant pouvoir séjourner à nouveau dans ce logement. La vue panoramique de la terrasse et de la piscine est spectaculaire. Les installations sont impeccables de même que la propreté. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Les hôtes sont très réactifs dans les communications et avenants. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Merci à Apo et Safiye de rendre accessible leur magnifique demeure!!

I am very grateful to Yasemin for being a flexible wonderful host! We stayed in the larger unit with the full kitchen and it was perfect for our longer stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and very cute and well curated, comfortable, and cozy. We got A LOT of exercise walking up and down the mountain to the center and the sea but there is a scenic route with gorgeous views. A lot of great hikes on the Lycian way nearby. Beautiful place.

В жилье было всё настолько идеально, будто оно было сделано для себя!! Каждая мелочь продумана до малейшей детали, сами апартаменты очень большие, классный балкон, было крайне приятно там находиться всё время и не хотелось уезжать, огромное спасибо за гостеприимство и любезность. Посреди природы, тихо, красиво, отдалённо. Небольшие минусы: очень плохой wi-fi и мечеть является соседним зданием. В остальном это совершенно точно идеальное жильё, одно из лучших, где я бывала.

le logement de Lars est bien placé. A la fois calme et proche du centre. l'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien (sauf peut-être un ou deux torchons de cuisine supplementaires). il est décoré avec goût, la literie est très bonne. Tout est très bien expliqué, les restaurants à proximité et toutes les activités à faire à Kaş et autours... je recommande, à 6 nous étions bien. de plus, la vue est très sympa. Merci !

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum, eve ilk girdiğiniz anda gördüğümüz manzara zaten gözümüzü kör etti diyebiliriz 🥹 Görmeye başladığımız anda evdeki her detay gerçekten sanki uzun zamandır o evde yaşıyormuşuz hissiyatı verdi. Ev sahipleri oldukça ilgiliydi iki hafta öncesinden iletişime geçerek gerekli tüm detaylarıyla bizimle iletişimde kaldılar, çok ilgililerdi 🌸 Misafirperver ev sahiplikleri için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz, Kaş’ı bu kadar güzel bir evde geçirdiğimiz için çok mutluyuz umarız tekrar Kaş’a ve bu eve yolumuz düşer… 💐

The host and his wife were very nice people and they were very helpful in matter of fact they took us with their car and get us stuffthey felt like family, the house was super clean everything was on point and the place is great just like the photos yet more beautiful, the pool perfect and was 100% private and definitely we are planing to go back again

We had a pleasant stay at Hayri's place, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hayri's warm and friendly welcome during check-in immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to give us a detailed tour of the house, which we appreciated. The location of the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having our own car made it convenient to explore the town and its surroundings. However, it's important to note that Hayri's place is situated in the elevated part of town. While this provides scenic views, it might require a bit of effort if you plan to walk back to the house, especially for those who prefer a flat terrain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we found the accommodation to be well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming host and don't mind the uphill walk, Hayri's place is a good choice for your stay.

Nesrin Hanım, konaklamamızdan önceki sorularımızı çok hızlı yanıtladı. Konaklamamızda bizleri bizzat karşılayarak evi teslim ettiler. Evde bizi karşılamak için meyve ve ikramlıklar bulundurmaları çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Ev girdiğimizde temizlik kokuyordu ve her yer tertemizdi. Mutfakta her türlü araç ve gereç ayrıca temel malzemeler mevcuttu. Konumu harikaydı ve merkezi konumu sebebi ile yüksek müzik sesi geç saatlere kadar mevcuttu.
