The house is quiet on the heights of the city. The view is beautiful in the morning for sunrise and in the evening with the city lights. The house is made on 3 levels (ground floor living room and toilet, 1st 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with toilet and on the last one bedroom with toilet and shower room). The house is very comfortable. as far as the exteriors are very good too, only be careful the tiles around the pool is very slippery when wet!

Mr. Mehmet and his wife were very interested and gave us local information about what to do, demre is ideal for those who want clean sea and calm bays. The bungalow where we stay can swim in the sea up to 50 m to the sea, you can go to the nearby bays. The bungalow is very cute and very clean, thank you for these sensitivities.

Rezzan's place was exceptionally cozy and quiet. We checked in late and she was there to meet us and make certain we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful place to wake up and breakfast was fresh and delicious! Wonderful stay!!!

We stayed at Burak's beautiful stone house for 1 week and really enjoyed the peaceful private property. Burak himself is a great and very friendly host in all aspects. He is very helpful and you can ask him anything at any time, and he will help quickly. The property itself was a bit hard to find, but after calling Burak he came with his scooter to guide us. The house was very clean, with a large kitchen and living area at the ground floor and the two bedrooms (each having a bathroom) upstairs. Because its very hot in summer it's very nice to have air conditioning in every room. The pool outside is very clean and Burak maintaining it very well. You definitely need a car or motorbike because Gürses is situated in the mountains above Demre, and you need to drive around 10-15min. to go there, to have fun at the nice beaches, visiting ancient Myra or for buying food at the supermarkets. There is also a market hall where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and fish. Thanks a lot Burak :)

We would like to thank Ms. Filiz for helping us with our stay. He responded quickly to messages and guided us easily. I plan to stay again in the future. The house was spotless and tidy. We also used the barbecue area in the garden, it was very enjoyable.

If you want to feel at home, I would say don't look elsewhere. We had a pleasant time making our meal with the full kitchen supplies in the kitchen while thinking about what to eat. When you wake up, you're greeted by the imposing mountains across the street from the olive leaves. We turned the hospitality of Mr. Kerim and his family into friendship and left happily.

Stunning view of the city and the sea. Loved watching sunsets. Can get loud since it is right next to the D400 highway but it was worth it.

I am very satisfied with my Month in this luxurious house, the host - Onur is very responsive, solved all issues immediately, he is a very friendly and helpful person. The house has a beautiful swimming pool. Also the house is only a 10-20 minute walk from a gorgeous quiet not particularly crowded beach. As a writer and historian, privacy and beautiful surroundings were extremely important to me. I got what I wanted. Great 10/10

The apartment is in a remote part of Kasha, but it was not difficult for me to walk 30 minutes to the city center along the picturesque streets. You can also use a local taxi (costs 250-400 liras, 4-8€ one way). The apartment has everything you need, a BIM grocery store is within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped and I think you can stay in it for a relatively long time. There are really renovation works around, as they wrote in the comments, but this is not a problem. Living on the first floor, I didn't hear anything. Also, local roosters may wake you up in the morning and local cats will have breakfast with you❤️. Reconnect with nature and enjoy the gorgeous view. Enjoy your stay! Gülsen and his father are wonderful hosts!

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I am very grateful to Yasemin for being a flexible wonderful host! We stayed in the larger unit with the full kitchen and it was perfect for our longer stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and very cute and well curated, comfortable, and cozy. We got A LOT of exercise walking up and down the mountain to the center and the sea but there is a scenic route with gorgeous views. A lot of great hikes on the Lycian way nearby. Beautiful place.

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

I highly recommend it, the view we saw when we first entered the house already blinded us. As soon as we started 🥹 to see, every detail in the house really made us feel like we had been living in that house for a long time. The hosts were very interested, they contacted us two weeks ago and kept in touch with us with all the necessary details, they were very interested. We would like to thank them very much for their 🌸 hospitable hosting, we are very happy to have spent Kaş in such a beautiful house, we hope to visit Kaş and this house again... 💐

The host and his wife were very nice people and they were very helpful in matter of fact they took us with their car and get us stuffthey felt like family, the house was super clean everything was on point and the place is great just like the photos yet more beautiful, the pool perfect and was 100% private and definitely we are planing to go back again

We had a pleasant stay at Hayri's place, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hayri's warm and friendly welcome during check-in immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to give us a detailed tour of the house, which we appreciated. The location of the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having our own car made it convenient to explore the town and its surroundings. However, it's important to note that Hayri's place is situated in the elevated part of town. While this provides scenic views, it might require a bit of effort if you plan to walk back to the house, especially for those who prefer a flat terrain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we found the accommodation to be well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming host and don't mind the uphill walk, Hayri's place is a good choice for your stay.

The house itself is beautiful. Nesrin, is a great host with lots of amenities provided. The location is lovely, very central and lots of nice restaurants surrounding it. It is loud outside at night due to the live bands playing in the bar downstairs. They stop around 2am, however, the hosts provided ear buds to help cancel out the noise at night.
