Welcome to Lake Erie Retreat! We have a private space above our home that has been renovated recently. Our home is located just 4 blocks from the Port Clinton Lighthouse and beach! It is within walking distance of the Jet Express and the downtown Port Clinton shops! Our retreat includes off street parking, private entrance in the back of the house with a full bathroom-with shower and tub! The kitchenette has a coffee maker, mini-refrigerator and microwave. This is a large cozy downstairs duplex w a huge Living room area 55” tv, humongous couch!! Open concept to dining area w large marble table. Master w King sz bed and 55” Tv, queen sz bed in 2nd bedroom. (Extra full sz bed is also available). Patio off of kitchen with large fenced in yard. We were very fortunate that Long Island was not affected by the severe storms that hit Indian Lake on March 14th, 2024. Our hearts go out to the Russell Point and Lakeview residence that suffered such great losses. Our place is on Long Island at Indian Lake and 17 miles from Mad River Mountain. Restaurants and dining by land or water, family-friendly activities, nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, the quiet neighborhood, and the comfy beds.

Our place is located on a channel with easy access to the main lake, many restaurants and Old Field Beach. You’ll love our place because of the location, cottage feel, fenced in yard with a stamped concrete patio and fire pit. Kayaks, outdoor dining set, fire pit utensils, Blackstone griddle and Culligan water. While we do have well water, we also had a new water softener and water heater installed in 2022.
