Alma is a very friendly and helpful host. Knowing Alassio well, I did not need information about the city, restaurants etc. The apartment is very nice, perfectly in line with the description, its condition is impeccable. The views are beautiful. It is of course located in a street with restaurants, as is the case on the entire waterfront of Alassio. There are therefore noise disadvantages related to the street traffic, but it is also the charm of the Italian seaside. The bedrooms overlook a rear corridor, quieter, which is very nice. The stay was excellent and I'll be happy to come back.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

An ideal apartment for a wonderful stay and total rest, with an exceptional view of the coast, proximity to the sea, and the convenience of parking. Alessandra was very kind, welcomed us with a beautiful smile giving us all the necessary information and was always available to give us directions if needed. The apartment is well organized, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you need. The coast is wonderful, the sea is beautiful, there are great restaurants nearby. Absolutely recommended!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful few days at this apartment. Firstly, Shqipe is a great communicator with very friendly messages and helpful local recommendations. The apartment is beautiful - a real home from home and spotlessly clean. Such a well stocked kitchen that we were able to cook properly for the first time on our trip. The bed was so comfortable. I'm a construction entrepreneur and we offer services to construction entrepreneurs. If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that if you want to understand a property, go see the bathrooms and they'll tell you the story of the property. Well, this time I heard a fantastic fairy tale !!! You have to go see the rest of the property, like a pilgrimage to the Holy Land !!! If I go back to Spotorno, I already know where to stay !!!

We loved Finale and the location right on the beach! The accommodation is simple but pleasant and practical. The hosts are very nice

The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, both free and equipped. With a pleasant 10-minute walk you can reach the center of Pietra Ligure. Nearby are also the caves of Borgio Verezzi, which I recommend visiting. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the owners kindly left us a package of coffee for the mocha. Great experience, we would come back!

Everything was just great

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present throughout with tips and advice. They even drew our attention to an upcoming storm and provided us with the garage for our vintage car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We'll be back.

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

Small house ideally located overlooking the sea and in the middle of the pines. Marcello welcomed us with great kindness. Wonderful nights with very comfortable bedding and the sound of waves. 5-minute walk to the beach by a beautiful path. Very clean with everything you need as well as small touches and good addresses. Very relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

We stayed at Giuliana's house for work, but we felt a little like we were on vacation: the house was clean and beautiful, the view from the balcony is suggestive, it is easy to get around by car and the sea is very close. Giuliana was available right away, I had difficulties with the online check-in and she took care of it immediately for me, she provided us with extra towels and was flexible with the check-in and check-out times. We'll definitely be back!

Great location! In the heart of the old town and just a few steps from the sea. Except for the unemptied bathroom trash, everything was very clean. Since the apartment is right on the promenade, it is noisy (even at night!). The steep stairs are also not to be underestimated - an Italian coffee with a view of the sea immediately compensates for the climb. In the low season, there is plenty of free parking - Attention: do not park on the promenade, there is also a market on Fridays. Overall, we had a great vacation and highly recommend Loano!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment right on the sea. Simply wonderful. And the center is right next door. Patrizia is very helpful and always responded quickly. I highly recommend the apartment.

Andrea and his family were perfect hosts and very nice people and the position of the apartment was ideal as it was in close walking distance to the beach,train station and shops. I highly recommend it and would definitely be returning soon! Thank you 😊

Very good stay, clean apartment in a good location: close to mountain bike shuttles and 10 min walk to the beach! Very useful cellar for bikes. Apart from the poor sound insulation, everything was perfect, thank you!

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

Perfect place for us to stay, the bed very comfy, good heating (it was really cold outside), the kitchen equipped with all we needed. Very much recommended space!
