Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

A large dream house in the countryside, but close to everything

Great cabin according to previous guests. Clean and fresh, with beds made, towels, washing machine and fully-equipped kitchen. Pool in summer, a hot Jacuzzi in winter, a home gym, we have three happy little dogs that walk freely on the property. The location is perfect, as it is in the middle of everything, but still out in the Swedish countryside, cozy even in winter, then you can ski on the field outside. Close to Öregrund, Östhammar, Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda. It takes less than an hour to get to this place. Electricity and water included

So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; there are also pharmacies, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruk Manor with a nice inn for summer lunches. Badsjö with a swimming dock is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th-century Manor. A car is needed for this stay, to experience the surroundings and the area. And the weather… always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!

The house is located in Kallviken on popular Stenskär, about 8 km from Öregrund.

Unique seaside accommodation in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
