Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Cozy, cute, pet friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on the Topsail sound. Private Floating Dock for up to 27ft boat. Breath-taking sunsets viewed from the deck or pier. Easy access to the beach (200 yd.), boat ramp (½ mile), fishing pier (¾ mile), and Topsail inlet (2 miles from dock). Close to shops and entertainment. Perfect for small families. Boating and fisherman's paradise.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
