L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

IMPORTANT: during the winter season the house is heated with a pellet boiler located in the laundry room that is managed by us. In one of the two rooms there is a pellet fireplace and for its use a separate payment is required (pellet consumption)
