Die Wohnung hat einen Livingroom mit offener Küche mit Insel, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool und traumhafter Meersicht. Die Wohnung wurde im Frühling 2016 komplett renoviert und saniert. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Das Haus befindet sich mitten im Golfo dei Poeti, oberhalb der Strände von Fiascherino bei Tellaro. Man erreicht diese über einen Pfad zu Fuss in weniger als 5 Minuten. Mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten in Lerici.
