I had an excellent stay at this property! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly helpful and responsive—always available to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was exactly as described: spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was also perfect, with everything I needed close by, making it very convenient for my stay. What really stood out was the host’s attentiveness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and supported throughout my visit, and I truly appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the whole experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and well-located home away from home!

Sam's place is beyond description! It's very minimalist and aesthetic. I particularly love how much natural light comes through the giant windows in the living room. That 75" smart TV is definitely a bonus too! The kitchen is very well-equipped and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The apartment is very close to the town center and everything's pretty much within walking distance. Highly recommended and will come back again next time I'm around!

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We feel so lucky to have found Lucy’s place to stay in while our house was a building site. Super comfortable bed, plenty of space for the two of us, lovely outside terrace and clean and organised. We live in Weybridge, but will definitely advise visiting friends and family to stay if Lucy has availability.

Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The flat has been equipped to the highest standards, with a lot of thoughtful features and helpful amenities - from a large dishwasher to a built in electric toothbrush charger! It is comfortable and beautifully furnished. The location is brilliant, with public transport, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants all very close by - it’s located on the high street which is very convenient and the flat is well soundproofed. Communication was great with the hosts - they always responded promptly and helpfully and were very accommodating to our requests. Hope to stay again soon!

I had a wonderful stay at Jamie’s place! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — it had everything I needed for a secure and relaxing stay. Jamie provided clear and detailed check-in instructions, which were incredibly helpful given the building’s multiple layers of security. The entire check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Overall, everything was great, and I highly recommend staying here!

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Great location if you want to be close to the station and restaurants/bars. Very comprehensive guest book accessed online. Richard was a good communicator and the place was very comfortable.

Such a beautiful place! Gorgeous natural lighting. Felt at home here. The apartment had everything we needed. Almost didn’t want to leave the apartment because it’s so amazing! But Hackney is a great neighborhood. Plenty of things to walk to and public transit options only a few minutes away. Hope to stay here again someday!

Really pleased with my choice of apartment to use a base for meetings in the area. The location is close to the train and town centre with the apartment itself being modern & spotlessly clean. The patio doors out to the garden were lovely.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Excellent location for easy walks into town and the mainline station. Julia as host couldn't have been more helpful and her property is lovely. A little haven! Very peaceful and private with everything we needed to self cater. Spacious shower room with a great shower and a good heated towel rail. The towels and bed linen were very good quality and spotless. Had excellent night's sleep! Very comfortable bed. After a busy day in London it was so relaxing to go back to the Coach House. Beautiful garden to look out on! The North Downs Way is very near and well worth taking even a short walk along it. Would definitely visit again.

Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. Great place , everything we needed , good parking , flat was fantastic , unexpected bonus of hot tub , which was prepared and clean & fresh , well looked after flat , good hosts

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Debbie’s place has an excellent location close to train stations, cafes, and it is also walkable to some attractions. The flat was very clean and comfortable for two people. We managed to get our suitcases up and down the long and narrow staircase with no issue. Debbie gave us helpful recommendations and was responsive before and during our trip. I would definitely stay again at Debbie’s when in London.

This place was beautiful and in a perfect location. It had grocery store very close to apartment and a lot of restaurants nearby. Close to tube station. Perfect play to lay your head while in London
