The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Parking is available in the inner courtyard of the building, in a designated parking space. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful residential park in Sopron, only 2 minutes by car from the Sopron Pihenőkereszt exit of the M85 expressway. There is a small shop and ice cream shop near the apartment.

The new, beautifully furnished studio with separate entrance in the Fertőrákos holiday area provides accommodation for 2 people or a family with one or two small children. The studio's equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. The studio has a private parking lot. Guests are required to pay a local tourist tax of HUF 450 (EUR 1.50).
