Listing is as described. it is in a very good location: - there are restaurants around - it's a 5-minute drive to Disneyland Paris - next to the RER A - and next to a paid public parking lot - we have always found parking spaces (free in the evening and on Sundays) in the neighborhood the place is very clean The bed is comfortable, we slept very well.

Thank you! :) Clean apartment which is perfect for 2 adults with 1-2 kids. Area is quiet. Short walk to Val d Europe station. Cafeterias, restaurants and supermarket are close to apartment. Perfect location for Disneyland visit and you can see fireworks from the balcony.

Excellent appratment - even better than the photos. The host reaponds to any questions quickly. Easy to access, check-in and out. One possible issue - if you have extra waist layers like me, it is a challenge to get the keys at check-in. The parking places are right infront of the parking gate and next to the entrance door. The beds are good combination - firm mattresses in one of the room, soft in the other. Wi-Fi is good for video conferencing. Bonus - there is a visiting black cat which allows you to pet it.

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and tidiness. Wonderful and high-quality bed linen. Very good orthopedic mattress, it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are high-quality and soft. Cleanliness. The apartment was very quiet. This allowed us to rest quietly after excursions . The host Jp is an incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, polite and very caring person . He responded quickly to any questions. This home deserves only high ratings. Very well located accommodation close to Disney and Val d'Europe. Every night, you can enjoy the park's fireworks show from your balcony! Clean, quiet accommodation, everything you need for a great stay. You are also entitled to a place in the building's underground parking, which is highly appreciated. Special mention to the hosts who were very responsive, kind and caring 🤗

We had a lovely stay in the gite. The big garden in the back was wonderful for the kids and dog. The house had everything we needed and more during our bouldering trip. I hope we can come back again.

The house is very pleasant, warm in the middle of winter and perfectly equipped. When leaving, beautiful walks along the Marne. Great weekend with family.

We were delighted with our stay at Armandine's with 3 toddlers and a baby. The house is very nice and stays cool when it's hot outside, very well equipped especially for families, and was spotless when we arrived. Communication with Armandine was very smooth. The place is very quiet and protected while we are in the city center so close to shops and the RER station, so very convenient.

We stayed 3 nights at the listing at the end of April (2 families with a total of 3 small children). Before arriving, we still had some questions; the whole team always answered directly and supported us superbly. Also with the PassPass app. This allowed us to book an earlier arrival and got all the information (such as the storage of the key, etc.) From the location, the house is ideal for visiting Disneyland (15 min by car) and driving to Paris (30 min by train). The only drawback for us...the house was a little noisy and it could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise, we are completely satisfied and would fully recommend the house.

great house and kids enjoyed garden and treasure hunt. bbq area was also good , shared garden but no problems. only thing to watch is the train line was suspended in the evening (might be temporary engineering works) so we had to get Uber back .

We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us like princes, Iteb took the time to show us the accommodation and explain how each piece of equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is just great! 14m long pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state-of-the-art massage chair! Simply awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We also had the chance to access his incredible fully-equipped cinema for a private screening that we won't forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for everything Iteb ;)

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We spent two days in this apartment during our trip to visit Disneyland. The location was excellent — very close to Disneyland, with plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines nearby. It was also just a short distance from a great shopping center, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was really clean well prepared and responsible and professional host. 10 of 10

We stayed at this place for an extended weekend. Everything was great. You can plan about 40 minutes to downtown. We had a very nice time.
