Condo vacation rentals in Fernandina Beach

Absolutely beautiful apartment for a weeks staycation. The apartment was exactly as listed, pristine and homely. Perfect place and location for my family with two kids (11 and 8). The beach was delightful and the town quaint and relaxing to walk around with great restaurants, coffee shops and small independent vendors. Our property manager Ashley was phenomenal, super responsive and helpful. We’ll def be back!

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms and a very functional and stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. Lovely pool and grounds! Pleasant all around stay and a great host!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Cutie little condo for our girls trip! All the comforts of home & very peaceful surroundings. Very clean- beds & pillows were comfy., kitchen well stocked, lovely little screened in porch to enjoy in the morning. We didn’t walk the neighborhood as the weather was rainy off & on, but everything was an easy 3-10 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here & would love to visit again.

Vitamin Sea is the perfect getaway. The condo is in a great location and is exactly as described. It is spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Sitting in the recliners on the balcony in the early evening with the sound of the ocean is a highlight at the end of each day. Marissa is a very attentive host and very easy to communicate with. The condo has everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend this spot. We would definitely come back!

The 1st floor condo was as seen in the listing, move in ready. Comfortable, clean. Bed very comfy. Short steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Felt very safe and secure. Friendly residents and guests. Weather superb, 5 days with no rain. We left a small collection of seashells on the bookcase. Bob and Priscilla H., Ft. Pierce, Fl.

The place was clean and exactly as described! We had a comfortable stay and the location allowed easy travel to all of the locations in Amelia Island we planned to visit - we did it all! Beach, to shops to restaurants - the location was great.

We frequent Amelia Island often and have stayed in this building before. The views are stunning and the condo is perfect. Having the actual keys and gate remote was a huge plus. If I had to critique anything, I would say the hot water in the shower and shower pressure could have been better. Other than that we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

This is a really wonderful AirBNB. The beach views are just spectacular. It was neat and comfortable and easy to get to shops, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time and can't recommend this highly enough.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and other attractions. There were tennis rackets and balls which my family used nearly every day! Very comfortable- everything we needed. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beachfront property, and I can't recommend it enough! The home itself was clean and well-prepared. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear that the owner puts a lot of thought into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Speaking of the owner, he was absolutely amazing! Our stay at Samantha’s condo was just what we needed! I have to say, the bed in the master suite was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! I wanted to ship it home with me! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed & then some! I will definitely rebook here each time I visit beautiful serene Fernandina Beach! What more could you want-oceanfront with large balcony furnished with comfortable furniture inside and out, just a short walk to the beach, clean, well stocked, & owner communication excellent! We stay a week at this darling condo and highly recommend it! We had an instant feeling of home the moment we walked inside. And the best part - just step outside the back door and you’re on the beach! Clean, comfortable and we loved the location. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Comfy couch for relaxing, well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast and the king bed was a dream! Ashley was responsive and helpful. The location can’t be beat and we’ll stay again! Thank you!

Paty was a great host! The condo/apartment was even more spacious than the photos show. Our stay was also close to the new developments/shops around town, making it easy to pick up last minute items for our trip.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

We had stayed in this condo years ago and was very impressed with how well they are maintained! Great view of ocean to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We would stay there again.

Roxanne was an incredible host and her place was just as described. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our two dogs loved staying at her home, too, and we were so glad they could enjoy the beach with us. Roxanne was quick to communicate and recommend food in the area as well as tips on what to order where (she was spot on). We will absolutely come back!

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃
