Monthly Rentals in Ferden

Dieter's apartment is a great place to spend an unforgettable winter vacation in a ski resort. We stayed there with 3 children aged 5, 7 and 9 and found it perfectly furnished (modern and functional amenities), cozy and well decorated. We were even able to have lunch on the sunny terrace facing the sumptuous Bietschhorn! Although located a 5-10 min walk from the arrival of the cable car, everything is organized to facilitate access to the fabulous Laucheralp ski area. For example, the skis are reassembled 2x a day by snowmobile directly from the slopes. There is also a pool common to the entire complex. It is a little aging and the water not especially hot but it still made our children happy. Dieter was always responsive and his instructions were very clear and complete! In short, this apartment is really a good plan to stay in Laucheralp and discover the region.

The accommodation is a very lovingly renovated cottage from an old barn, as is typical for the Lötschental. The pictures give a good impression of it. Bright and very spacious and equipped with everything you need. There were only two of us, but even for four there is enough of everything (e.g. dishes, cutlery, space). Bakery and pub (Dorfkeller) are close by. We did not meet Ole and Silvia personally, but communication was always quick and easy and self-check-in via the key box was convenient because we could not determine our arrival time in advance. With the guest card, which is valid for every booked day, you get great discounts (e.g. bus, gondola, museum, mini golf free of charge). Also recommended are the audio tours in the villages. We were particularly pleased with the personal welcome :-)

Nice quiet location. Apartment isn’t that big, but perfect for 2 or 3 people. Everything was clean and the host was really nice!
