We had a wonderful stay at Peter's place! It had everything we needed and more (including breakfast food, milk, tea and coffee!), and the space was comfortable and clean. We felt right at home and loved how peaceful the surroundings were. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Chrissy is such a thoughtful host and the property is just perfect - the private outdoor courtyard is a great place to chill. Loved it!

We had a lovely, relaxing few days stay over the Easter break. Everything was exactly as described, in fact, even better than the photos. Lovely peaceful location, hosted extremely well, with everything you need in well thought out accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frinton-on-Sea - the house was perfect for our needs; well appointed, bright and comfy. The enclosed garden space was perfect for a dog and a toddler, and never felt overlooked. Thank you to Carly for making us feel welcome.

Took my mum for a 50th birthday surprise and she loved the house and area loads the house was really clean and all in great condition Kelly answered my questions very fast when I had any! Took the dog with us as well having the garden was very convenient and a good little space for him to sniff around lol. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend! Lovely, clean, quiet cottage set well back and tucked in. The inside is well appointed and comfortable and cozily furnished. Outside there are table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outside or the late afternoon sunshine. Woodbridge town centre is lively and there are plenty of good places for coffee and to eat. We enjoyed a walk to the Sutton Hoo ship burial site and museum: the path along the tidal river bank is scenic and interesting and takes about an hour.

This house is delightful, and I would strongly recommend it - it was everything and more. The bedrooms are charming, the kitchen is wonderful, the rooms are impressive, and the garden is superb. Great location for attending a wedding at Villiers Barn. House is really well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Gemma was really responsive prior to our stay and provided lots of useful information re the local area, places to eat etc. The hot tub was a big hit with all of us, particularly our 5 year old grandson!

A wonderful house, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed for our stay. Communication was very prompt and clear. Location was very convenient for Woodbridge and getting quickly to the coast. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Such a charming apartment with everything you could possible need. Very peaceful setting , we had a wonderful break away. Would highly recommend.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!

Everything you want from an ABNB. Fully equipped, clear explanations. Have already recommended to friends who need a central place in bury for a few days. Well done guys.
