This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

Lovely Holiday Home right next the Sea in Suffolk

Bring the family to this great place just 50 metres from the lovely Felixstowe beach. Easy walking distance to a whole host of entertainments including the Spa Pavilion, recently renovated Pier with a good restaurant , amusement arcade and then there is the town centre offering a comprehensive range of shops and cafes together with a cinema and bingo hall.
