It is absolutely quiet, in a very good environment, on the 1st floor, without elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden , pizzeria, Mc Donald, tennis court , swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking facilities. Bus: 100 m (drive 10 minutes to the S-Bahn (suburban train) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.
