Entrance has a spacious kitchen with a view to the south of the forest, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernrieder Nature Park and the lake shore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. On the property there is a private parking available. There is a parking space for bicycles.

the apartment has been newly furnished. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for the good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or grill on your own terrace when the weather allows. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is mandatory and a library is available for the analogues.

Fall asleep to the sound of the stream in the Isartal wooden house. There is sun in the summer until 3 pm and a small garden. Fenced in our property and yet with lots of nature and freedom. On the balcony overlooking trees and the stream, which makes its way into Lake Starnberg or in front of the house, overlooking the garden. For chickens and nature lovers, a romantic spot to cuddle and feel good.

This amazing rooftop apartment was completed in January 2018 with a large open living space and a modern fully equipped modern kitchen, featuring a large dining table seating up to 6 people and an industrial open staircase onto a small Gallery. Welcome to Lake Starnberg! This luxuriously equipped condo is located on the first floor (street level) of a modern single family home in central, yet quiet location of Feldafing. With a total floor area of nearly 900 sq. ft it easily accommodates a family or group of four.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
