great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

The family and I spent 3 nights at David's place which was centrally located for the region. It provided us a good base to explore the Rocky Mountains with plenty of amenities to enjoy after a day of traveling. The pool/hot tub were used nightly as we unknowingly chose 3 days to stay there where the temperature was above 95. We enjoyed the house from the theater room to watch a movie as a family, the pool/hot tub, and the quiet street. David was responsive with any of our questions we posed to him and gave us a few recommendations where to eat in the area. We were happy with the cleanliness and the many extras left in the kitchen in which we were free to use and consume. I liked that we were 10 minutes away from many of the eating/drinking establishments we picked out. David also went out of his way to allow us an early check in/out if needed which was nice to check in a few hours early and use that time to go out on a excursion as soon as we arrived and down loaded gear

Amazing property, extremely clean, well equipped in great condition. Wonderful house for family. Well stocked, well maintained and set up to quickly start enjoying your stay. Couldn't have had a better experience with a property. Look forward to booking again on next visit to Colorado.

as a family with two kids we enjoyed our stay. I loved walking on the nearby trails , kids loved the pool and pool toys. bonus was how cool the space was ! had what we needed and easy to get to.

Kristy was friendly and very accommodating. We asked for an early check-in and she was able to check us in 3 hours early.

Fit our needs as a group well. There were some initial issues that the host addressed quickly. This made our stay really enjoyable.

Very old building yet modern interior design. The yard was lovely and well-kept. Kitchen is stocked with essentials.

Garrett’s place was clean and stocked up on essentials. It was very cozy there and a big backyard with a grill, hammock, and lots of seating areas. Garrett was extremely nice and provided clear instruction. I would definitely stay again!

We had the best time! The house was so spacious & offered more than enough room for our party of 6. After long days of hiking it was so nice to relax in the hot tub & enjoy the peaceful outdoor space. Great place to stay in the Denver area!

Loved it!!!!!! Everything was provided for you, from a clean house with everything equipt to have a comfortable stay! Kitchen fully stocked, restroom fully stocked, labeled. Great area, nice backyard fully gated. Quite neighborhood, great view of mountains on the drive up. Close to everything, spacious. Ping pong table in lower level with a beautiful painting that makes you feel like you’re in Colorado! I really enjoyed my stay. It was close to Denver, golden, all the hikes and mountains and downtown. There’s literally no complaints. Even has a doggy for to let your dog out and they provided treats and bowls and a towel as well!! Very thoughtful, very organized free of clutter, updated appliances, and it’s affordable! If you’re looking for a place or you need to bring your pet or just be close to everything in a safe neighborhood I really recommend! They even provided name brand shampoo and conditioner and body wash, they really were great! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

great experience, easy to check in and a very smooth stay over all. no need to contact host and everything was well taken care of.

A comfy no frills, clean space with easy parking, a cozy bed, and a good size kitchen… there is no television so be prepared to read (great book selection) or play games. Great location and a nice semi communal backyard space. Bri was welcome and kind, would stay again.

We had a great stay in Northglenn Co. and felt at home in Saana and Bryce's place. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night. We enjoyed the backyard with the grand babies. If availability allows we would love to come back!

This was an immaculate place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and accommodations for 5 was perfect. The outdoor space was a bonus, as well as having a well stocked kitchen of spices for cooking. There was plenty of room to relax, read, and watch TV without feeling crowded. The master bedroom and rain shower was like a mini spa. I highly recommend this place, and would return with my family. The hosts were super responsive and reached out to see if we needed anything. This is the most well-run Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Communication was great, everything was as promised, and the place was immaculately clean. The house was very fairly priced and it was the perfect setup for our family. Having so many separate private sleeping and bathroom areas was much appreciated. The area is quite safe and is surrounded by nice restaurants, a movie theater, etc I highly recommend this home!
