Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fayetteville

This is my second stay at Julie’s place. I love the convenience to downtown Fayetteville. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a park and playground just outside the back gate. Plenty of room inside, clean, stocked kitchen & bathrooms, games, toys, etc… we had everything needed. We visited Eureka Springs and Cosmic Caverns while there, which are about an hour away. I highly recommend Julie’s place and will stay here again when visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! A bevy of snacks greeted us - and even some bones for the pups. Also, a cabinet in the bathroom full of toiletries in case we forgot something and lots of little things we felt were really thoughtful. Such a great host!

This was a terrific stay while we were visiting family in Arkansas. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. The home itself was beautiful and well maintained with lots of amenities and activities. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are looking forward to booking again soon!

Nelle was a great host! very responsive and helpful. We had some packages delivered late(after we check out), and she put them in a safe place to come by to get them. The house was clean, tidy d comfortable. We liked the chaisse end on the sofa. Great stay! Thank you again.

I loved the place. Great amenities to include a lot of What To Do guides and an incredible coffee bar. It had plenty of seating to host family events, too.

We had a fabulous stay at Leah's! Leah is a fantastic host! She was easily accessible and very responsive. Everything was spotless. There is a big living room and kitchen and many large windows. The house had very nice comfortable lighting-lots of lamps. The area is gorgeous and close to everything. I will say that the street is on a surprisingly very steep hill! You will want to back into the parking spots. Not a big deal after you do it once. The neatest thing about staying here was every night when we came back there were deer in our front yard! It was so peaceful and relaxing-we will definitely be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this adorable home! I have lots of family all over Springdale/Fayetteville and Caitlin’s place was only 7 min down the road from my brother’s home off Habberton! It was the absolute perfect location and as soon as I walked in the front door it brought back so many childhood memories! It was absolutely perfect! And the homemade apple butter in the fridge just made it even better! Thank you so much, Caitlin for letting us stay in your home! We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

Michael and Sandra’s place was as we were hoping, peaceful and private. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were close by if needed.

Had an absolute wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

The check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located, within walking distance of all main attractions and restaurants. Check-out was equally straightforward, making the entire stay hassle-free. I would gladly stay again next time I visit Bentonville.

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic spot to stay when visiting U Ark! Very clean, and safe, location. Easily walkable to campus, sports, anything on Dickenson St, old Fayetteville town square. Street noise some nights (you’ll be on Dickenson!) and an occasional train. Loved it.

We were in town for a baseball tourney and this place was great, especially since it rained a lot! We took morning walks to the Fayetteville square, Dickson street, and edge of campus. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extras provided (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, and even some welcome snacks). Thanks for a great stay!

Fathers Day Weekend My dad and I stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it. The Airbnb was clean, cozy and super comfortable just right for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better lots to do nearby and so much of it is walkable which made exploring very easy and fun. The area felt safe and charming and the host was great with communication. We had a wonderful day and would definitely come back.

I had a great stay in Fayetteville! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive—answered questions quickly and made everything easy. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.
