The Long Point Retreat was a dream come true. A true respite while traveling and exploring the local area of New River Gorge. The home was spacious and the host and co-hosts were super responsive with communication and very proactive! I would definitely book again in the future.

Toby was a wonderful host! Great communication and was willing to help us with finding a sitter for our dog if we couldn’t find one on Rover. House was exactly as pictured with a quirky layout that is expected with older houses and remnants of the age of the house. Neighborhood is full of dogs so be prepared for barking, but at reasonable hours. Besides that the neighborhood was quiet and an easy to drive all the attractions.

Was a great stay. Very comfortable bed. Internet was pretty spotty, but we had a good signal with Verizon so our phones worked well.

I had the best time here! Literally minutes from downtown Fayetteville, quiet, and the yard is what sold me because it was fenced in for my dog to wander. The yard is huge! The house is also bigger than it looks. It was clean and had everything we could ever need in a home. Plenty of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, working kitchen, coffee pot, wifi, etc. Great firepit and back porch with nice string lights. There were dog beds and even a place mat for my dog outside that she loved. Great vibes all around. I travel to this area often and will definitely stay here again.

I stayed along with my friends at this property for one day. The location was very peaceful and the house was clean. I specially liked the kitchen since it was in pristine condition and had every equipment working. The property also has a very nice courtyard and the New River Gorge National Park is also located close by.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting the new river gorge national park. The house was perfect for our family of 3. There are several noticeable upgrades and improvements. The kitchen and bathroom especially have been updated. Having a washer & dryer was also a plus. Christy was very responsive asking if we needed anything and replied quickly to messages. The location is great, within walking distance of the town and only a 5 minute walk from the Secret Sandwich Society. (The food there is great!) The neighborhood is quiet. We would recommend staying here.

Troy and Hilary’s place was in an awesome location, close to great restaurants, and the National Park. We only had to drive 10 minutes or less to the majority of the attractions that interested us. They were also super helpful with ideas of restaurants and things to do and responded immediately with any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. All in all a great experience! Definitely recommend!

Robert's place was a piece of heaven for us when we stayed there. Our trip had kept us in the city for over a week and were ready for some peace and quiet, starry nights, mountain views, and a friendly orange cat to keep us company. : ) It was clean, comfy, and well appointed...with a plethora of coffees, snacks, and goodies. Be aware that you will need to have the info needed to get inside handy when you get there. There is no cell service, but the wi-fi was good.

Harry was a great host! He was very responsive and flexible. He provided recommendations for places to eat as well. Would definitely stay again!

Around The World was extremely thought out! What a wonderful space to have experienced after the beautiful views from the New River Gorge. We felt right at home and were extremely impressed with the attention to detail in every room.

I was a bit concerned about noise given the bedroom faces the main road but it was not noisy. No trouble sleeping at all! When I arrived I had trouble finding which door I needed to go to. Brandie was very responsive and even stopped by to make sure I got settled in. Very walkable town with great eateries within 10 min walk or less. The space was comfortable and I felt very safe there on my own. No reservations recommending Court Street!

This was such a memorable stay! It is just minutes driving distance to the River Gorge Park Visitor center and various trail heads. The home is so cozy - the perfect size! We felt like we really utilized the whole space and had exactly what we needed. They have such a great sense of hospitality and comfort, while also providing a fun and eclectic space. Between the amazing outdoor surroundings of Fayetteville and the house itself, you will leave absolutely refreshed and reinvigorated. Do not miss the local “Sandwich Society” restaurant!

The perfect place to stay when visiting New River Gorge National Park! Ansted is a quaint and peaceful town, and the location is an easy 15-20 minute drive to the park. Main Street Stay had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was very clean upon arrival. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying with Ryan and Sara, a lovely place close to all the restaurants and shops in Fayetteville and nearby to NRG. Hosts kept a clean and cute space and communicated regularly.

Wow! Diana's loft is THE perfect base to spend a week exploring the New River Gorge National Park. Diana and her brother Jimmy went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and welcoming. The decor was lovely. All the amenities were fantastic. And we were extremely grateful for the basket of goodies (and drinks in the fridge). We loved it all! ❤️

The place was spotless. The location was close to whitewater rafting, trails, restaurants, and stores. It was private and quiet. We did get to see deer and hummingbirds right outside the window. It was very well equipped with washer and dryer. The king bed was very comfortable along with the pull out couch. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful, clean, and roomy. The local art and photography the place was decorated with was a nice touch and beautiful. Host responded very quickly and very helpful for any of our needs. This place exceeded our expectations, would definitely stay here again.
