Mineral water thermal baths are 30 km away. You can take excursions to Venice, Salzburg Innsbruck, etc. There are many attractions in Carinthia - you won't regret visiting us.

We spent a few days in the summer at the property. The location of the cottage is unique, panorama. The fireplace with table and bench also offers the view of the valley. Here we had a barbecue evening and breakfast . All in all very good.

A spacious living area features large windows with views of the Millstätter See and surrounding landscape. Comfortable seating is arranged around a wooden coffee table, while a flat-screen TV sits on a modern stand. Natural light enhances the wooden ceiling and floor.

I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

I was in the wooden house because I want to have one built myself. I was interested in what it feels like to be in a house like this. I already had some expectations, as I myself deal with natural construction and minimalism and even live in an organic, old stone house. It was a very special experience in the Zinipi house. With the wooden walls, I felt well protected in the house and yet very intimately connected to nature. My next house will be a wooden house. ;-) Thanks for having me in the house.

Great place if you're looking for a quiet and secluded space with beautiful views. The bungalow was ready for us in every aspect: clean, plenty coffee pods, burning wood ready, BBQ with charcoal available, clear instructions how to use the pellet burner. There was even a lovely welcoming gift. Such a small gesture but makes such a difference! The owner was helpful and responsive. Gave us some recommendations which we were happy to explore. The only things we were missing where some basic kitchen stuff, such as salt, pepper, tea bags. There was no shower gel or shampoo available and towels were very small. Overall, the place was well prepared for us and the owner looks after his guests. And these views! Highly recommended!

Ingrid was super sweet and supported us with help and advice. The wooden houses are simply but lovingly furnished and the whole complex is very well maintained Large fish pond right in front of your door. It was cozily warm in the cabin when we arrived.
