Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Each of our spacious apartments has at least one balcony and invites you to enjoy the afternoon sun. With a size between approx. 40 to 56 square meters, there is enough space for hikers, couples or families with children. They are all rustically and comfortably furnished and offer everything you need. The apartments are equipped with dishes, bed linens and towels, as well as a hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is also available for all apartments. So, working from home is not an obstacle!

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The 4 seasons holiday villa is located in the Alpine region 2 km from Kranjska Gora in a beautiful and secluded location. Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

Luxury modern kitchen, three double bedrooms all with luxury en-suite, wet room, and underfloor heating. We have a charming wood-burning stove in the lounge and plenty of wood to keep you cosy on a chilly winter evening! We also have full central heating via radiators and underfloor heating. Unique alpine house at 1600 meters overlooking the Carnic Alps. On a paved road you can easily reach the cozy alpine house in summer and winter. The hut is an ideal starting point for easy, medium or even demanding mountain tours. A nearby alpine inn is open year-round and is a good alternative to cooking yourself if needed. The hut is equipped with 6 beds in 3 rooms and a toilet, bathroom with tub and a kitchen with wood & gas stove.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
