The house is completely renovated, and is located right on the waterfront. Bathing stairs make it easy to swim and engage in water activities. There are deep water docks where larger boats can easily dock. At the end of the jetty there is a slate paving with dining area and fire pit/grill, while at the other end there is a fenced rose garden with seating.
