The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

There is inlaid fiber network 200/200 mbit Smart TV with satellite dish. Electricity is charged separately at DKK 4 per kW. Water settled 75, - DKK per m3 The cleaning fee goes to pool cleaning. Wash the floors and cleaning of bathrooms. As well as cleaning the kitchen and all surfaces. Oven and grill should be cleaned after use
