This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Enjoy a stay steeped in history in a renovated 100-year-old Faroese warehouse on the water’s edge in the local habour. Fully renovated in 2019, Løðupakkhúsið features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and wooden flooring. This is the perfect base for exploring the northern islands . This 50 m^2 apartment has a livingroom with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a small bathroom. There is a balcony to the seaside. You can enjoy the nature, the ocean and the mountains. Downstairs there is a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer. (Turn it on) The apartment is located outside the town of Klaksvík about 5 km from centrum, in quiet and idyllic environment. If you open the windows, you can hear the nearby creek and the ocean.

A spacious relaxation area features a stylish hot tub at its center, surrounded by sleek tile flooring. Soft lighting creates a calming ambiance, while a modern fireplace adds a touch of warmth. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space.

New Boathouse in Leirvík Welcome to our new modern boathouse with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The Area The house is located by the marina in Leirvík. It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurants, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Luxury souterrain apartment, near Klaksvik city center.

Cozy and well-equipped basement apartment with private entrance, terrace and good views. NO CLEANING FEE :) There is free tea and espresso coffee from Rombouts & Malongo.
