Vicky and Tarcisio wanted to create the B&B - Vi.Ta. for their strong sense of hospitality and for the desire to make the beauty of the island known to curious and traveling tourists. Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

In un palazzo storico del 700, appartamento con soffitti alti a cupola. Caccetta reale borbonica. Contesto calmo, tranquillo. Amerai il mio alloggio per la terrazza con meravigliosa vista mare, su Capri ed il Vesuvio. WiFi, lavatrice. Alloggio adatto a coppie, viaggiatori solitari, famiglie. Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The apartment is located on Punta Epitaffio, 500 meters from the Port of the Gulf of Baia, from the Archaeological Park and at the same distance from the seaside resorts and thermal baths near the Submerged Park of Baia. Posizionato all'ultimo piano di una villa storica con ascensore. L’attico si compone di un grande spazio living con cucina a vista, due camere matrimoniali, due bagni ed un terrazzo privato. Inoltre, gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente di un posto auto privato all'interno del cortile ma non custodito.

Alma Flegrea is a quiet, cozy home located in a central location. A minute's walk and you'll find local shops and Poggio Beach. Schiacchetiello Beach and Marina Grande are also just a 5-minute walk away. Within a few kilometers, the main archaeological sites of the Phlegraean Fields and the Miseno coastline can be reached. Recommended for those who want a beach stay, combined with food and wine and cultural experiences.

Delightful apartment with all comforts, in the heart of Bacoli. Close to the Poggio beach and the beautiful Schiacchetiello inlet. The location is ideal for walking to attractions such as the Piscina Mirabilis, the Aragonese Castle of Baia and the Sommersa Bay. The apartment offers a wonderful view of Lake Miseno and the islands of Procida and Ischia. Tourist tax not included.

You can go to the beach in a few minutes.. You'll love my place because of these reasons: the views. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with children).
