Great apartment, which is a short walk to the high street where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The flat is well equipped and located I a quiet street which was good to work from remotely. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Guildford

Jonathan and Roanne run this place very well... it's surrounded by lovely (hilly!) lanes with very little traffic, so good for cycling.

Great little annex , we had a family party and just needed to stay one night . Dani’s instructions were clear , the annex was clean , the sofa bed was great as we were 2 adults and a child .

I booked for my work operatives and they were very happy with the accommodation very clean and comfortable, that i booked it for a second week for them. From the moment i booked, communications with Farasat was great and he was so friendly. Highly recommend this accommodation and host Well done Farasat for making the process very easy.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing flat in Reading. The pictures don’t do the flat justice! The decor and furniture helped create an incredibly warm and cozy home feel! The flat was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you’d want. Additionally the communication from Lizzie and Cent prior to the booking and during the entire stay was phenomenal. Looking forward to coming back ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Had a fantastic stay. The apartment is so comfortable. It has everything you need - and more. All mod cons. The area is lovely. There are great places to eat and drink. Easy walk to train station which easily links you to other parts of London. Especially convenient for Wembley. Wahid is so helpful. Instructions are provided in plenty of time and easy to follow. Check in and out so straightforward. Parking at rest of apartment was so convenient. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

We loved our time at Phil's apartment and our highlight was having a beer on the terrace after a day of exploring Kew Gardens 😁 It was as described, very comfortable and had everything you may need to cook a full meal. The bed was very comfortable and the linen good quality. We booked the apartment for it's proximity to Kew Gardens but it's well served by bus and the Elizabeth line into central London. Philip's communication before, during and after our stay was excellent and found him very friendly with an excellent sense of humour. We would definitely stay here again 😁

Lovely studio apartment. Very well equipped and the addition of provisions on arrival was very much appreciated. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. James was a great host - welcoming and responsive. And even picked us up from the station as it was such a hot day. We hope to return at some point and would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, felt right at home. Lauren is very kind and open, and I have communicated well with her. I would recommend her place for an extended stay, you have everything you need for a family stay.

Spacious, peaceful, private and very quiet. Lovely open space and trees surrounding the property. A perfect place to stay if you want to explore the beautiful Surrey Hills. Only a few minutes walk from shops and pub/restaurant and the common at Wonersh – and two adorable little donkeys completed the idyllic setting.

A wonderfully warm welcome and briefing from Richard. The flat was small but perfectly-formed, with its own garden area. It was very well-equipped, comfortable and attractively furnished and decorated. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches like flowers and basic supplies. The free permit-parking was convenient, and the city centre within easy walking distance. Even during a heat-wave, the flat remained cool, and the busy street was, as advertised, peaceful at night. Very nice experience, my family and I had a very dependent holiday here. The transport is very convenient, the house is clean and tidy and the owners are exceptionally responsible and very quick to respond.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

What a weekend! Desperately needed a little getaway and this was perfect! Had everything we needed, the hot tub was incredible and very peaceful. Although it was near to Heathrow, the planes didn't bother us at all. Complete privacy, we took advantage of the games that were available and any queries we had were responded to very quickly. Will definitely go back!! ❤️

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.

I always stay with Aakanksha when I'm in Reading. The property has all the essential amenities and is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The place is clean and warm and homely. The host is a fantastic host. She goes out of her way to help you. She's very helpful with quick and easy communication. And she makes check in very easy and stree-free. I'm always made to feel welcome. I would recommend staying with Aakanksha if you're staying in Reading. Brilliant host.
